The park is known as the “Playground of the Southwest" (so much to do!), and the “Striper Capital of the World" (awesome striped bass fishing!). This trailer was produced by Spartan Aircraft Company in Tulsa, OK. Owned by oil tycoon, J. Paul Getty, the factory switched from making airplanes to making trailers shortly after World War II, using the same aluminum and manufacturing process used for the airplanes -- making these some of the finest trailers ever produced. On our property we also have a 1957 Spartan Mansion, a 1955 Spartan Mansion, a 1953 Spartanette, a 1960 Airstream, a 1969 Airstream, a 1963 Avion, and a 1965 Streamline -- all unrestored and in various stages of disrepair. Constructed of aircraft aluminum, the all-original interior is birch accented by walnut and brass. Almost all the furnishings are period pieces, fascinating to see and experience -- like entering a hands-on museum from the 1950s. Nestled in the trees and surrounded on all sides by curtained windows, the interior living space has an open, yet cozy feeling. There's a full-sized bathtub/shower, a full-sized & fully equipped kitchen (though it is not fully stocked with food), an on-demand hot water heater, and a two-ton heat pump which thermostatically controls the climate.

We loved our stay, it was so fun! Well stocked cabin, we loved staying warm with the wood stove. We’re so glad there was plenty of fire wood ready for us to use. Our dogs loved running around the cabin. We caught bass and blue gill in the pond. I think as long as you’re prepared for an off grid stay, you’ll have a great time!

It’s our first time to go camping w my son and discovered this serene and lovely cabin. Just fire up the generator and everything will light up for you and water overflows! I love the bed and the blankets, the books (esp ‘The Living on the Rugged edge’ by Charles Swindoll); small items like the mobile phone reset pin is there! Twas a really good rest w nature plus fishing time too. This is my dream cabin in the future. Well, overall we would like to recommend this for a good bonding time w your son. In fact, we are extending our stay for few more days. Thanks Sir Serapio, our host, for the kind help and excellent communication skills. He is always available everytime I have a question. Thanks again!

We had an amazing time! The pond and surrounding area were beautiful. We had a couple campfires and a lot of fun kayaking. The generator did give us issues a couple times but the host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure :)

We had a relaxing time at Sundance. The lake access is close and the amenities are as described. The positives: lake is nice and close to the tiny houses, we had good access to a couple lake side beaches, the hosts are communicative, and the tiny house village is very quaint and cozy. The negatives: If you’re coming on the 4th of July, despite the no fireworks policy for this property, the surrounding neighbors are pyromaniacs, The grill bottom we had was rusted out and we had to find a portable charcoal grill to cook our food, and we didn’t have any privacy shades on our tiny home. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay here again.

Loved this place so much we had to come back a week later for a two night stay! We got to enjoy kayaking on the pond, relaxed on the hammocks, grilled an amazing dinner and even caught some fish! Would absolutely recommend this place! The host is very accommodating and helpful! Recommended some beautiful spots to check out near by and was very responsive. Cannot wait for our next adventure at Beavers pond.
