This campsite has an excellent location that is easy to find off the highway and far enough away to be quiet. The sites are well marked.

4 nights at Ackerman Valley - RV/Camper Parking

We enjoyed our stay but campers need to be aware that the site is in essentially a gravel parking lot. There is a grassy area between the rows which is nice. The sewer pipe in site 15 is too tall to hook up the hose for drainage. We pulled our camper to site 21 as we were leaving to drain our water tanks. All said, we would stay there again.

Weekend Trip to Ackerman Valley - RV/Camper Parking

The spot was easy to get to with plenty of space and a great price with hookups. You do have to cross the highway to get to the bar and grill on the lake but it is close by. We enjoyed our one night here.
