The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts. Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today. About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.

There is a wood burning stove indoors that when lit, takes the whole experience to the next level! The cabin sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. There is a full size bed that sleeps 2 in the main room of the cabin. There is a loft above that sleeps 2-3 more. There is an outdoor fire ring and picnic table where you can enjoy a campfire, cook on the open flame, and have smore's in the evening. Inside the cabin you will find everything to be incredibly beautiful and spaced to create the coziest atmosphere you've ever enjoyed. There is a wood burning stove indoors that when lit, takes the whole experience to the next level! But you don't have to rely on the woodstove for heat, we've installed a brand new wall unit for heat and air! You also have a DVD player and a television with an assortment of DVDs to choose from. I loved camping here there was this huge observation ridge and the tents had everything you’d need, plus the site had bundles of firewood available as add on or purchase on site. It was very cold when I went so I am glad they included a space heaters for the tents. I only wish I known where it was sooner. I brought my dog along as well for her first camping trip. Having everything available made it easier to look after her.

Was perfect blend of camping with peace and tranquility and convenience of firewood, clean porta potties, and showers. Our family enjoyed our spot. My wife and I were in glamping tent and my daughter and her husband kept in their EV in camping mode. So nice not to have to mess with pole tents for a change. Also, William is great host!! My only suggestion would be to cut 2 of the small trees at the site entrance. Very tight to get a vehicle in. All other sites looked more accessible.
