3 acres with 2 separate Geodesic Domes that each have Heat/AC, full bathroom, king bed, WiFi, kitchenette, Outdoor Grill, firepit table and Hot Tub. Private peaceful setting in the woods but close to the interstate for day trips and food markets are 2 and 5 miles away. Close to lots of Hiking and Biking trails in the town of Old Fort and Main Street in Marion. Black Mountain, Asheville and Lake James are just short drives away. Come enjoy the Linville Caverns, Linville Falls and the Linville Gorge. Or just stay and enjoy the positive energy of the Dome, cook meals on the grill, and enjoy a night in the hot tub by the fire pit table. All are welcome!

Moonshine Dome
Absolutely loved our stay at the Moonshine Dome! From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The dome itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a cozy yet luxurious interior that makes you feel both comfortable and special. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the stylish décor to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The hot tub was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing under the sky and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It truly elevated the whole glamping experience. Waking up in the dome was just as amazing, with gorgeous views and a calm, private setting that made it easy to fully unwind. This is glamping at its absolute best: unique, romantic, relaxing, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a special getaway with comfort, beauty, and a touch of magic, the Moonshine Dome is a must-stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This dome was perfect! Moonshine is completely secluded, romantic & comfy-cozy. You really just need to bring clothes and the good you want to cook. Everything you could need is there. A lot of thought went into crafting this get away.

The Perfect Honeymoon

Our stay was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our honeymoon. Check in was easy, the amenities were thoughtful, and the dome was so cool. Grant was responsive too! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely exceptional retreat!
Sunshine Dome
The dome was a magical experience and we loved it! Everything that you would need to have a great retreat is included so just show up and enjoy! The host is very easy to communicate with and has thought of everything. If you want a nice quiet place to relax, but close to many amenities, this is the place.

We loved the glamp stay, the instructions to get to the site was spot on, we had everything we needed there for our weekend stay.. we had such an amazing time in the hot tub and grilling. It was everything we were looking for.
