We love the peacefulness of where we live...although the chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, goats and horses do get a little loud come feeding time. Easily accessible pull in and out with lots of room to maneuver. This is a *working* horse farm which means you will see manure, bugs and dust. You may hear horses, donkeys, turkeys, chickens, dogs, cats and peacocks making the noises they enjoy making. There are tractors and mowers that may pass your site. Well behaved, leashed dogs welcome with prior approval. Paddocks with sheds available for horses for additional fee.
