The property runs from Brown Rd. to Powderhouse Rd. All 4 corners are marked with bird houses and along the property line on the North. A fire pit area with benches and lots of level space to pitch tents. Our close to nature spot offers open level lawn, rolling forest and Sugar Creek passing through. Property is lined with Blue Bird houses along with an Owl House, Bat House and a Fox Den.(Not sure what's been occupied so far.) We are building a nature preserve with song birds singing, frogs crooking and deer passing though the area. The road features some beautiful homes and ask guests to show courtesy and to be a good neighbor. Just 2 miles above the SUNY Binghamton Campus. This camp offers a Country/Forest/Meadow/Creek setting with 4 acres is just 2 miles above SUNY Binghamton Campus on a quite road in the Town of Vestal. Set up at "Sunny Meadow" for open lawn closer to driveway and port-a-potty. Maybe you feel like hanging hammocks to setting the tent at "Creek Side" site down deeper in the forrest. The property runs from Brown Rd. to Powderhouse Rd. All 4 corners are marked with bird houses and along the property line on the North. A fire pit area with benches and lots of level space to pitch tents. Our close to nature spot offers open level lawn, rolling forest and Sugar Creek passing through. Property is lined with Blue Bird houses along with an Owl House, Bat House and a Fox Den.(Not sure what's been occupied so far.) We are building a nature preserve with song birds singing, frogs crooking and deer passing though the area. The road features some beautiful homes and ask guests to show courtesy and to be a good neighbor. Please understand that our property is in the process of removing the dying Ash Trees (Emerald Ash Borer is a problem) and ask for campers to set up near open area/driveway and not the site in the middle of the woods. We are just going to be extra cautious until our removal and re-planting process is completed.**PLEASE NOTE** Cell service is 1/4 mile at top of hill going North toward Fuller Howell Rd.

We absolutely loved staying here! We are full-time trailer-towers and have a sweet older pup. Although we booked stays at Treman as with previous years, this time required four moves in two weeks, so I looked for alternatives. Summer Dream popped up only 15 minutes from my Dad's house near the Commons. PERFECT! Tina is a lovely host - from the first conversation to our goodbyes, she made sure we were comfortable and then some. The area where our trailer sat was level, drop and go. You do need to be right next to her trailer though, as the hookups are in an enclosed box behind her trailer. The land was treed and mowed, with a cute picnic table, a fire pit, and wood available. The best part was the quiet, as cars were not frequent and nobody walks by. We were able to walk a few miles daily with no issues which was wonderful for the dog. I'm already looking forward to next year, so better beat me to it! :)

The location was perfect! We were just a short drive from Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, and Taughannock. The site itself was spacious, with full hookups and plenty of room for our two doodles to play. Tina was a wonderful host—attentive and friendly, checking in each day without ever being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again!

Nicely located to be quiet yet quick to central Ithaca and the many other attractions nearby. The Host is very helpful when needed, and there is a set of good hookups that she shares with visitors. Also nice tent sites and a fire ring. But this is basically a simple place for a couple or a small family just to unwind, kick back and enjoy time in a peaceful setting. All the while being close to the action. Perfect for what it does.

If you're looking for a quaint getaway, this is it! It has beautiful views of the mountains and Susquehanna River. It was convenient to have full connections for electricity (30 amp), water, and septic. Also, an added perk was off- leash for dogs, our dog loved the freedom to just roam and play frisbee. We couldn't have picked a better property to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature's beauty. Specials thanks to the host, Stan.

Tina’s property was a perfect spot to rest for me and my pup. It is a beautiful shady property with hammocks and a firepit. My trailer fit nicely in front of hers on the property and it the water, septic and electric made it an easy stay. She is super close to all the waterfalls, trails, parks, charming towns and wineries/breweries/ciderys too. And Tina was really lovely to talk with and generous in welcoming me. I’d love to stay again.

Stan has a beautiful, private site that overlooks the surrounding mountains and the Susquehanna River. The viewes were amazing. My husband and I stayed here for the Fourth of July with our two dogs. Our youngest dog is very people and dog reactive and we had a great experience with her. Stan was very welcoming and accommodating. He was easy to get hold of if we had any questions and very helpful. We will definitely be going back to this site!

It was beautiful camping right near the creek, listening to the water and watching pileated woodpeckers and chipmunks! Host was consciencious and called me beforehand to tell me where the sites are and that the road may require 4 wheel drive, prompting me to bring a pull wagon. It was wet the weekend I went so I just parked in the driveway and wagoned my stuff down the short walk to the creekside campsite.
