The Indian ruins and artifacts fascinated him then and he is still happy to share this history with whoever shows an interest. With all the improvements made by his father and family through the years, you will also learn to have a love for the history and beauty here on this unique 30-acre treasure. You can explore Native American ruins that were inhabited by some 2,000 people between 700-1100 AD. The grounds are wonderful to walk with a little lake which draws elk, deer, hawks, blue herons, etc. Easy to access just 3 minutes off I-25. Learn more about this land: This unique cultural experience in a spectacular setting is a once-in-a-lifetime vacation off the high road to Taos.  Grass pasture/orchard farm with private river - in Cundiyo, NM - 24 miles North of Santa Fe, NM on highway 84/285 and highway 503. Cundiyo is a unique, secluded Northern New Mexico farming community. 18-acre farm -classic western freestone stream runs through the property, and we own both sides of river for approx. 1/2 mile. A series of grass pastures/meadows are flood irrigated from the river via traditional Acequias. There are sturdy footbridges over the creek. Fruit trees and grass, glades of oak trees and stands of cottonwood. The banks of the creek are shaded by Alder and Willow trees. There is a simple treehouse and a zipline near one young orchard. By the river is a simple, old A-frame, log cabin that has a porch for shade/cot sleeping. Composting toilets (2) on property.  Farm enjoys quiet and privacy, occupying its own stretch of the river valley from ridge to ridge. The river runs year-round and has excellent trout fishing. There are horses on the property, and frequent sightings of turkeys, riperian birds, coyotes, snakes, deer and bears.  Incredible mountain and river views.  Nearby hiking, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking. All roads to and through property are rough, 4WD roads. Property is boundary fenced. Canyon walls are very steep and impressive, having bouldering and rock climbing features. We just returned from a fantastic RV trip! The entire campsite was wonderfully serene, offering a genuinely peaceful escape. The setting was stunning, with beautiful scenery surrounding us everywhere we looked. It was also an extremely easy place to set up our RV, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and hassle-free nature getaway, this spot is truly nice and highly recommended. Also loved hearing the history lesson about the land that's was really cool.

Beautiful location and spacious campsite!! Host has 2 sweet and friendly dogs that love to linger around camp, but take note that the dogs wandered off with our doormat and we weren't able to find it- host said this is something that happens here but we wished that was communicated in advance so we didn't set that out as usual (was a sentimental gift from my grandmother). Otherwise loved being so close to Santa Fe and would stay again!!

This place is a gem!! Great location close to Santa Fe and the surrounding area. Super quiet and peaceful. The campsites are so lovely and easy to get into. I would have loved to stay and explore longer. We will 100% be back! Also we absolutely adored the farm dogs.

we had a great time at one of the RV sites. We stayed one night on our way back home. I would recommend arriving before dark. Some nights it can be very dark out. Brenda made sure we made it to out spot and was super fast with communication. Thanks for the pleasant quiet stay.

Beautiful sites, the 3 full hookup sites are close together which was perfect for us as we were meeting up with friends in another camper. Brenda was very responsive and helpful. Convenient location to Sante fe, close to the highway but the noise didn’t bother us. We had a great time and would love to stay again.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay at Brenda's "Overview" site. We were surrounded by nature with beautiful vistas, birdsong, and her friendly dogs, Nanny and Blue. Brenda was super responsive and her directions to the campsite were spot on. We planned day trips into Sante Fe which took about 30 minutes drive time. We would've enjoyed relaxing at the campsite and exploring the area if we had more time.

I stayed just one night as I was traveling through the area. It's a tight road but I was able to navigate it easily with my 41' fifth wheel. The sites are rustic but have both electric (50 amp!) and water which is perfect!!. It was a cloudy night and very dark and even though you're not far from I25, it was dead silent. I really enjoyed staying here. In the morning, I met the 2 security guards, Nanny is a Great Pyrenees and Blue is a husky mix. They are super friendly and got along with my dogs without issue. It's very clear that Nanny takes her protection duties very seriously! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place to camp. We enjoyed the great views and the history of the area. We walked around the mowed trail and along the spring-fed small lake. It was a relaxing stay!
