This property is a reasonable walking distance to anywhere in town and really is a beautiful and safe spot to park and live in your trailer or RV. I am the owner of this property and live onsite with my husband, two young children and our dog Winnie. With this being a private residence where the owners live on the premise, we can provide a unique and hospitable experience where you are provided information and help in day to day life that RV Parks just cannot deliver. There are two full service (water, septic, and electricity) RV pads on this property that are operational for year round use. Included with the price of the Pad are Trash, Septic, Water, Electricity, and Wi-Fi costs. The electrical hookup is a 30 amp outlet but 50 amp will work as long as you have a converter. You will need to provide your own electrical cord, water hoses, septic hoses, heat tape and/or heated hose in the winter months. We do allow pets but you will need a portable fence set up. Each pad can accommodate up to a 45 ft long trailer, but any trailer over 30 ft will have to be evaluated first to see if it will work depending on logistical demands at the time. These sites has worked well and are a great opportunity for traveling nurses, traveling technicians in the medical industry, fishing enthusiasts, full time RV’ers, Construction Workers, any temporary worker stationed in Dillon, working professionals, and anyone else in between.
