Spend Your days fly fishing right outside your RV door, or go for a walk down many beautiful country roads, or go put your feet in the creek and read a book. Lots of activities to do including rafting, fishing, hunting, mining(so I am told) motorcycle or mountain bike riding, and snowmobiling. It is centrally located between Missoula, Butte, and Helena just outside Deer lodge. 6 RV sites(2-50 amp and 4-30 amp) and access to a black and grey water dump out. Non potable water is on site for maintenance use. This property is perfect for a group gathering or a great place to stay on your way to Yellowstone National Park with the family or on your way to Your favorite hunting spot. Using the Phosphate Exit 170 is best for entering the property.No advance notice needed! Last minute campers welcome! Come stay for a night or a month. 2 minutes to I-90 in Garrison MT. We want to share the location that we have been blessed to own for ten years.  We use and rent the main cabin (in the pictures) throughout the year - but thought we could share our large parking lot with those who want to see Seeley Lake or are just traveling through!Learn more about this land:Beautiful level paved lot ready for your trailer or RV - right off Highway 83 in downtown Seeley Lake (no gravel).  We are sharing our large parking area (50 amp power and water hookup) with you! We periodically use our cabin, which is a renovated general store.  Our location is on the corner of Cedar Lane and Hwy 83 (downtown Seeley Lake). We have a very safe location with good lighting, water and 50 amp electric hookup. Our Hipcamp gives you a paved/level lot that provides you close access to a range of lakes (Seeley one mile north - access through Big Larch Campground, Salmon 8 miles south, Inez 10 miles north  and Alva 18 miles north) forest, trails, rivers and the walkability of  downtown Seeley Lake (Ice Cream, restaurants, post office, etc,).   We are about one hour north of Missoula and 2 plus hours south of Glacier National Park.  Book your spot now!

Learn more about this land:

 Safely leave your camp in the shade, under tall pine trees.  Enjoy horses grazing nearby and explore Greenough, the last best place.  The best swimming hole on the Clearwater River is located less than a mile away.  World class fishing and floating on multiple rivers including the Big Blackfoot are nearby.  Salmon Lake and Seeley Lake have limited campsites but are located just 10 to 20 miles away from this spot for fabulous fishing and boating adventures. The Clearwater Game Range is 2 miles away for hiking, biking and wildlife viewing.  I almost forgot to mention the well preserved and nearby ghost towns of Garnet and  Coloma.   This truly is, the last best campsite in the last best place.    Large family reunions and gatherings welcome!  I will open as many camp sites as you need.

Learn more about this land:Camping sites are in a grass hay field and are mostly level with some small variations in terrain due to gopher holes, etc. You will be surrounded by rolling hills, aspen groves, and conifers against a backdrop of Ovando Mountain and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Wildlife is abundant here, sunrises and sunsets are magical, and the night sky is unaffected by light pollution. 420 FRIENDLY!!! This property is located less than 1/4 mile from the little town of Ovando, where guests can fuel up vehicles and purchase ice and grocery items from the Ovando Commercial Company, grab a bite to eat at Trixi's Saloon or The Stray Bullet, visit the museum, or talk flyfishing with the knowlegeable folks over at the Blackfoot Angler. There is also a post office, a river shuttle company, and a church.
