Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.

*Lake Taneycomo will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

The pasture is quite visible from Old Route 66, nearly adjoining it. Therefore people traveling “the Mother Road” find it convenient to stay with us. Grass is the best forage for horses, especially older ones, so we take care of our pastures, making for beautiful scenery for campers, too. Plus the entire back mile is bordered by old forest. And there is a swimming hole not a half mile away.
This is a quiet and private site, bordered by a neighbor's old forest on back, other neighbor's cattle pasture on side, and you're in one of the pastures used by the Horse Sanctuary. (You are camping about 1/4 mile, more or less, from our house.)
We regularly see coyote, wild turkeys, deer, fireflies, and the like.
We are just 1/2 mile off Old Route 66, therefore there are quirky little museums and great restaurants (for such a rural area!).
Plus we are only about an hour's drive from Branson. MO. which is a known tourist attraction.

Our land is beautiful, quiet and yet close to the highway and a quick trip to the Branson, MO area or Springfield, MO. Great location. We love this place but this is the first time we had any issues. The site next to us was empty and some people decided to use the fire pit and site to park and drink for each evening. It wasn't too much of a problem but we had to run the fan in our bedroom to block out the noise and conversation. Other than that it is still beautiful.

The farm was such a peaceful spot to stay on our way down Route 66. I’m glad we found it not too far off of the beaten path. Teresa and her family were very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The campsite was private and comfortable. And there were so many things to do for fun! Definitely recommend to anyone!

This site is nice. It does have a lake view, but if you have a traditional camper you will be facing a privacy fence when you first exit as there is another camping site in front of it. When we first arrived the 110 hook up for the electricity was not working. We were easily able to contact Matt and Laura, and they sent their handyman, Gary, within the hour. We were able to communicate with Gary prior to his arrival and deduced the breakers were bad. Gary was unable to secure new ones, and they had to be ordered, however, he did get an adapter for the other hookup, and we were able to have electricity for our entire stay. Everything went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. We would definitely stay at this site again.

This was out second time staying at this spot and it is very nice. Located on the lake. Everything worked well, site is nicely graveled and easy to enter/exit with a camper. The only thing that was a little bit different this time than last summer was that there were quite a few non leashed dogs roaming around. One continually tried to get into the trash can. They did not seem aggressive at all, but having small grandchildren running around made me a little bit nervous at times.

This was such a lovely camp site. Nestled on the outskirts of Springfield, just close enough to the city without the business. It’s a beautiful berry farm with so much to do. The site has loads of outdoor games and activities, a kitchen, a wonderful outdoor shower, and anything else you may need. We ended up extending another day because we enjoyed it so well. Would recommend completely. The owners of the property were also extremely kind and helpful with everything!!

Teresa was a wonderful host for our weekend. We arrived a little later (10:30pm) than planned and it was no issue. My kids enjoyed playing and exploring the property. The camp site was perfect, and the baked goods were very delicious. We will come back again!

This farm is EXCEPTIONAL. Teresa accommodated everything we asked for and then some! Perfect for our kids, they loved it. The sounds were peaceful, the land is gorgeous! The trails were beautiful. You can tell they put so much work into it. From the flowerbeds to the handmade signs. It’s truly a place you’ll never want to leave. The homemade food was the best baked good I’ve had in my entire life. ✨10/10 RECOMMEND . ✨

Third year in a row at B Berry Farms and not a single complaint. Teresa is always cheerful, pleasant and willing to make sure your stay at the campgrounds is a good experience. This year I needed to stay an extra unplanned night and Teresa made that happen for me without any issues. The campgrounds are quiet and and far from any heavy traffic or city lights. Even though the campsite I have used the last 2 visits is close to the entry from the paved road I have only heard a few vehicles drive by after dark and a few more after sunrise each night. Next year I plan on taking advantage of their new A frame cabin and leaving the tent at home. Fully recommend a stay here if you need to camp in this area.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! The bunkhouse is cozy and the hosts provide many thoughtful amenities. The property is lovely and we'll maintained. We had fun exploring! Close enough to Springfield to enjoy activities, then retreat away from the city.

The owners r amazing, and there sites are really cool to there kinda secluded so u have privacy . The pool that they did is really fun to . I really loved the hole place and the people r so nice . Definetly telling friends and family and coming back :)

The field had a tree line easily seen Fire pit and firewood ready. The animals are all friendly and they everyone is great to work with. There is water available but it is really a dry camping location. Self contained is best camping but the place and people are fantastic. We had no complaints. We strung up a hammock and enjoyed the fire, lightening bugs and stars!
