The land was purchased in 1911 by the local carpenter and farmer 👩🌾 David Martin.
Rumor has it he built the original house and the barn which was become known to locals as a land mark “The Big Red Barn."
Mr. Martin is said to have also built most all the barns in the area, including one such barn which sits on property across the highway, he built while he had a broken leg!! This amazing old barn can be seen from Blessed Valley. Snowball Branch starts less than a mile up stream and runs across the North side of the property..

This was our second stay at Riverdream, and we love it! Beautiful sky without light pollution, no noise from traffic or what I guess you'd call "city life." My husband & I stayed in a tent both trips, and we were comfortable in each site. Toilet/showers are extremely clean and always stocked. Water flow and temperature is great. Kings River is a short mosey away from camp. Berryville on one side, Eureka Springs on the other. The Hosts have always been kind and quick to assist when we needed it. Their land is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, or a lengthy stay. (You won't regret either one.)

I enjoyed camping at Howler Bike Park. Jennifer is one of best hosts ever. The coffee is great and food is outstanding. I recommend the chilli burger. There is a little road noise from the highway, but the traffic is pretty sparce at night. I will be staying here again.

I loved my stay in Mizzy’s camp. She was cheerful and helpful. The property was enchanting with all of the whimsical touches throughout. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. This was my first time solo car camping and I felt completely safe.

We loved the space #24, beautiful view behind us and a good size. Staff were friendly and pool was nice. They provided pool floats and had a hot tub as well. There is a new dog park and they are working on a new walking/biking path. Bath house and laundry provided. There is a trolley stop on site.

The staff at Howler Bike Park is top tier. I was only using one of the parking lot spots but they were super welcoming and accommodating of any needs. Unfortunately the parking lot is a bit of a walk into the park but no big deal at all.

Whether you are glamping or tent camping Howler has what you need. Us and many of our close friends stay at Howler frequently. It's hard to beat the array of accommodations, including the shower house and various other amenities, not to mention the unparalleled hospitality at this price. It's also some of the best shuttle service downhill riding in the Midwest and one of our favorite places to spend time with our mountain biking family and friends! Highly recommend! Howler gets all of the stars!

This bike park is totally awesome! Very welcoming from day 1. Easy to navigate from parking lot to main base camp where everything is at. Only recommendation would be if you camp in parking lot, bring earplugs. The traffic from the highway is super loud. Once I put those in I had a great sleep camoing in my truck and felt safe. I met a few other riders also camping in parking lot and it was cool to do a few shuttles with them the next day. A big thank you to Jennifer—-you are awesome. You helped me navigate the park areas and were so welcoming from day 1. Also big kudos to Zion the trail crew shuttle driver! Very kind friendly and truly appreciated us riders being out there. Also major kudos to all the staff that put the fireworks show on, it was rad and totally wild experience:) thank you friends

This s is a quiet campground. Needs updated, picnic tables are old, and nearly rotten, but the camp sites are clean and we would stay again. Didn’t use any of the amenities offered. So can’t speak to those. We had no issues with our water, sewer, or 50 amp while there.
