Nestled along the historic New Madrid fault line, our campground offers a unique experience steeped in natural beauty and rich history. The area is renowned for the remarkable geological events of the winter of 1811-1812, when a series of powerful earthquakes caused the Mississippi River to flow backward for up to 24 hours. Our family-owned and operated resort, purchased by Bill and Candy Curlin in 1986, is situated at the northern end of Reelfoot Lake, in the Upper Blue Basin.
