Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.

*Lake Taneycomo will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

Great location. We love this place but this is the first time we had any issues. The site next to us was empty and some people decided to use the fire pit and site to park and drink for each evening. It wasn't too much of a problem but we had to run the fan in our bedroom to block out the noise and conversation. Other than that it is still beautiful.

This site is nice. It does have a lake view, but if you have a traditional camper you will be facing a privacy fence when you first exit as there is another camping site in front of it. When we first arrived the 110 hook up for the electricity was not working. We were easily able to contact Matt and Laura, and they sent their handyman, Gary, within the hour. We were able to communicate with Gary prior to his arrival and deduced the breakers were bad. Gary was unable to secure new ones, and they had to be ordered, however, he did get an adapter for the other hookup, and we were able to have electricity for our entire stay. Everything went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. We would definitely stay at this site again.

This was out second time staying at this spot and it is very nice. Located on the lake. Everything worked well, site is nicely graveled and easy to enter/exit with a camper. The only thing that was a little bit different this time than last summer was that there were quite a few non leashed dogs roaming around. One continually tried to get into the trash can. They did not seem aggressive at all, but having small grandchildren running around made me a little bit nervous at times.

We loved our weekend of camping and bike riding at 7C’s winery. Their location was amazing for riding our bikes down the country gravel roads and connecting to the Frisco Highline Trail in Southwest Missouri. The hosts Dwight and his wife were amazing. They gave us access to the indoor restroom at the winery throughout the day and there was a very clean port a potty on the property to use also. They also allowed for us to charge our e-bike batteries with no issue. To cap off our weekend we had a wonderful wine and mead tasting. Will come back if in the area again.

Tents were clean and well outfitted, as were restrooms. We should have brought battery powered fans however, as it was miserably hot even though the front of the tent/porch was shaded. We’ll have to try again in the fall or the spring….
Maybe power to the tents for guests to bring fans, or provide something solar-powered?

I had a great time tent camping at 7C’s Winery! I got there by riding my bike on the Frisco trail. If you do that, make sure you look up the directions on your phone and follow those, so you know when to get off the trail and what roads to turn on. Jean and Dwight showed me around and gave me a complimentary wine tasting, which was awesome! Then I waded in the creek and sat on the patio sipping a bottle of mead. (All the beverages are good but the wildflower mead was my favorite.) There was a nice fire pit and great views of the stars from the field. There was a porta potty and sink outside nearby to use after the winery closed. I set up my tent by the creek. This is a super nice place to stay if you’re on the trail and/or want to camp at a place with some great wine. Jean and Dwight were great hosts!

There was plenty of space in a mowed grass field to choose where to setup camp. The toilet is not too far from any location on the property. They also have a pergola which saved us from having to sit in the rain. The owners are friendly and welcoming.

We love it here! The hospitality from the hosts is amazing! They are wonderful people who are always willing to help! We will for sure be back for next years Moores Expo, this has become a tradition. It’s our favorite place, it’s calm and peaceful and always clean and well kept!

Beautiful location in one of our favorite spots. Reminds me of the throwback to the '50s when the beach resorts were a family vacation spot. Close enough to Branson to be able to easily get to all the attractions and shopping get far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Site A was just a little unclear as to where it was at, as you had to take the second road on the left and then go for a few spots, so once you know what you are looking for, it is easy to find. The lot was level, clean, and easy to back into. Matt and Laura were responsive as needed, but thankfully I did not have to contact them much at all.

This spot is one of our favorites. Its so quiet and love that it's right on the water. Plenty of space as well. Yes there was moss on the water but honestly should be expected in my opinion. I never smelled it. Didn't bother us any.
My only complaint is the wifi is just great. It works some but my kids are homeschooling and had a hard time getting some of their work to pull up. But even with that said we plan on booking again as soon as we can go back to the area in the spring
