I enjoyed my stay so much I booked another trip the day I left! The property and accommodations anre amazing! The tent has everything needed so you can pack light. Everyone had an incredible time petting the animals, including my tween!!

This is a wonderful location for a family camping trip. We were in the Sir Quincy yurt. It was perfect for a family of 4, which had two beds and great room! With the animals, swing, little walking trail to the creek and the space, this is a great spot for kids. Our host was fantastic and we didn't have to pack so much for a quick family get away.

This place was so amazing. My teenager even sent me a text that she loved it and thanked me for bringing her there. So comfy and beautiful and all the little details have been thought of. One of the coolest bathroom and shower set up I have ever experienced in the woods. The animals are definitely the icing on the cake.

My family and I had a blast staying at the Lady Asha yurt on Susan’s farm! My three year old loved seeing all the animals, especially the horse, Pickles, and the new baby goat, Stevie. They were all so friendly and super gentle with my toddler. The yurt was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend, and we especially appreciated having the private shower house and toilet nearby. Also loved having the creek right at the bottom of the hill for my daughter to splash around and throw rocks when we needed to get some energy out. As long as you don’t mind the smells and sounds of a farm, this is a fantastic spot to bring the kids for a weekend of fun outdoors! Will definitely be back again!

My kids didn't want to leave! They loved seeing all the animals but took a special liking to the two dogs, Ellie and Harley. We got a tour of the property on the four-wheeler, took the canoe out, had a fire, and enjoyed the cool weather and sounds of the roosters in the morning. We'd definitely love to return sometime. Great location and awesome hosts!

absolutely loved staying in the Lady Asha yurt! The yurt itself was so cozy with everything you need bedding and dishes wise. that and the shower house were up on a hill a distance away from the farm animals and other camp sites which provided some nice privacy! Susan’s land was beautiful and the animals were friendly and so cute. My favorite part was exploring the creek- beautiful sights and sounds and crystal clear, cool water!! Had a great weekend here

I arrived late but never felt like I was an inconvenience. Thanks for sharing your place. Not sure how come you were a finalist and not the winner. The space had everything you could think of and more.

2 nights at Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors

Susan's setup is incredibly thoughtful. Cozy, sweet accommodations, lots of open space and privacy, and so many wonderful animal friends! The weather ended up being much colder than we anticipated when we visited. If you're visiting in cooler temps, plan ahead with extra bedding and layers. I imagine the yurt is gloriously shaded in the warmer months. Our kids loved the open space to run and play, and we spent several hours enjoying the creek, as well. This is a lovely spot for any animal lover to reconnect with nature.

2 nights at B Berry Farms & Co.

The bunkhouse was a perfect getaway for my little family of three plus our two fur babies. It was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter enjoyed the play area and connecting/playing with Teresa's kids and others staying on the property. It was a wonderful family place! We can't wait to go back when the berries are blooming.

Our stay at Susan’s place was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we had to check in late. The camp was well-equipped with everything we needed, and having firewood already set up was a great touch. The real highlight, though, was the farm animals! After a long trip with multiple stops, this was our kids’ absolute favorite stay. Getting to spend time with the horses and other animals made it such a memorable experience.

we had such a great time!! the hospitality here is incredible, and they had almost everything we needed already provided. what a fabulous stay! we loved all the animals. i cannot wait to come back in the spring.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the yurt for a couple days and absolutely loved the set up! We were more than comfortable, the space and outdoor facility was very clean/organized, we had everything we could possibly need, & almost felt like we were kids away at camp. We also really enjoyed sharing the space with a motley crew of animals which made for a great interconnected stay with both land and nature. I highly recommend staying here if your ever passing thru. Susan was a great host and the best part is that you know by staying here you are also helping support a great cause which helps provide for the animals.

Weekend Trip to D'Ranch at Clearwater

We setup here as a base camp for a Father Daughter hunt as we hunted a nearby property. Tracey and her Husband were awesome and even let the girls milk a cow. The farm animals are well taken care of and such an enjoyment for the girls to interactive with. The dogs were a huge hit too and love to play fetch. The setting is beautiful overlooking a small lake. Thank you again for your hospitality.
