A literal 30 acre pocket of paradise tucked away just minutes North of Columbia, MO. Here you’ll find a private lake with fishing access, rolling hills with stunning sunrises and sunsets, plenty of space to reset with nature, perfect for a glamping getaway. We have 3 separate sites on the property. Our 24’ yurt that sleeps up to 6 with indoor toilet (no shower) propane fireplace for chilly fall and winter stays and AC for the Missouri heat; a cozy RV that sleeps 4 (queen bed and bunks in the back) offers all the amenities of home with a kitchen and bathroom (with hot water and shower); and last we have a level gravel site with 30amp electric and water hook ups (no dump capability) with picnic table, fire pit and grill available for those that want to bring their own RV. We are Pet friendly (with additional cost for the yurt) as we have our own over friendly farm dog. Come play yard games, swing, fish, bring your kayak or paddle board, kids can play or swim on our sandy beach, or just walk our 1 mile perimeter trail, a perfect place to rest, rejuvenate and recharge. Owned since the early 1970s, we just love this property for its quiet serene atmosphere and thought we'd share its beauty with others. It's hard to find a secluded place to relax in anymore and escape the crowds. So come and enjoy!

You can park in the driveway, then hike around and set up a secluded tent campsite anywhere on our 50 acres of wooded land. The site listing numbers you see on this map are simply for general reference, you can camp anywhere you please. Also, the only vehicle access is the driveway and large open field you see on the map here. Folks with roof top tents or campers or RV's can set up camp anywhere in this field, along the edge of the woods. The remaining acreage is heavily wooded and hilly with creeks running through. At this time, vehicles cannot penetrate the woods. Pinnacle Park is a simple walk down the road/hill from our land. You can have fun hiking, splashing in the creek, playing in the sand and rock climbing at the Pinnacle's. Pinnacle Park also has nice shelters for picnics with fireplaces and restrooms. We offer a water hydrant on our land, but no electric or bathrooms.

Wonderful Hipcamp with owners who care. We had one of three full hook up sites (as good as you’ll find anywhere) with a view across a paddock with horses and donkeys in a gorgeous setting. After a long drive, with Truck and Trailer, great to pull through into a super easy spot to both arrive, set up, and depart. We were there to visit Hannibal (Mark Twain etc) but clearly lots of great outdoor adventures to be had near by on lakes and reservoirs. Full marks and thank you!

The gravel site made setup effortless, and having the pond right there made the whole experience feel so calm and special. It felt like our own little escape, far from everything. My family of four stayed the night passing through. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very charming ranch and we got to hang out and meet the horses, donkeys, chase some chickens. Even gave some treats out😁. Hosts were super friendly and shared their love and knowledge of animals. Would stay here again for sure. Remember it's the second right after the church. 😂

This stay was incredible! Tamitha and her husband were amazing and accommodating hosts. Their property was beautiful and the animals clearly well loved. Tamitha went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and that my daughter had a wonderful experience (she was a big fan of the donkeys, especially Ernie). They also had a wonderful lake about a quarter mile away from them that was perfect for swimming my dogs. We will be back and wish we had more that a quick nights stop!
