Also has a half bath with sink and toilet. 2nd bed room with 3 twin bunks and also large leather couch that folds out into an over size twin bed. Also Smart Tv for entertainment. 2 slide outs ensuring a spacious interior. 1 large awning provide excellent outdoor living space! Excellent air conditioner and heater keeps temperature comfortable no matter what the conditions are outside. Tankless water heater. All clean lining is included. Hope you enjoy! Guest are allowed to use sand bar for swimming in the lake. Fishing is allowed in the lake around the pond dam only. There is also river access when river is down that has a small sandbar. This camper is located near our home but does include privacy.
