Once farmland, this 7.5 acre property is situated between a cattle farm and a pine timber plantationThe last owner fenced the land for horses and a horse barn and small arena still exist on the property.Learn more about this land:Enjoy a peaceful country setting at an open campsite overlooking a small lake.  Watch for wild ducks and cranes on the water, as well as an occasional deer passing through the area.   Fish for bass from the bank or from a small boat on location.

Back Forty is 10 acres nestled in among tall pines with beautiful flowers and birds to enjoy. Solid surface entrance of mill gravel; back in with room to get in and out easy.  We are 5 1/2 miles east of I-55. Crystal Springs offers shopping and good food.  Walking and biking. Come sit on the porch with us and enjoy the fresh air of country living. When the weather is nice we have the birds and beautiful flowers to enjoy.  Big rigs and small welcome
Our little town offer entertainment and flea markets some weekends. Vicksburg and Natchez are app 60 miles out. Walmart 11 miles. 

Dodge Acres

77 acres of rolling hills along the headwaters of Haley's Creek with a 1 m waterfall into a 4-ft deep pool and beautiful hardwood and pine forest all around.  A Rustic road courses along with the creek and several offshoots for mountain biking or hiking.  The waterfall and pool are a 1/2 mile hike into the property on the primitive road.  Gravel is only provided at the entrance area, encircling the metal shed.  Any driving off the gravel runs a risk of getting stuck in the slippery clay/mud.  Rainwater barrels and 110 electricity are available at the metal shed.  See dozens of tree species old and young along the creek and wildlife including turkeys, deer, bobcat, raccoons, possums, hawks, rabbits etc.
