Gravel is only provided at the entrance area, encircling the metal shed. Any driving off the gravel runs a risk of getting stuck in the slippery clay/mud. Great cell reception. Good restaurant down the road in Bovina. Loves truck stop just down the road. The existing road going in "Vickors Rd" can be bumpy, dusty, wet and may hold pools of water at times but the road itself is solid and will support the heaviest of vehicles.
