95 acres on the beautiful Topisaw Creek. Here we've raised 5 kids and a multitude of dogs, cats and chickens and a small herd of pineywoods cattle. The woods are quiet and undisturbed , harboring native species like jack in the pulpit, trillium and Florida anise. The spring-fed (and thus always refreshing!) Topisaw Creek forms the eastern border of our property, so plan to spend time on the sandy beaches and rock bars soaking up the sun or hunting for rocks and fossils (petrified wood and arrowheads have been found here). Many folks also enjoy a leisurely float down the creek in inner tubes ('tubing') or in a kayak. (Please note that after heavy rains the creek rises to epic heights and is too dangerous to navigate.) Little to no light pollution makes for amazing stargazing!

A Rustic road courses along with the creek and several offshoots for mountain biking or hiking. The waterfall and pool are a 1/2 mile hike into the property on the primitive road. Gravel is only provided at the entrance area, encircling the metal shed. Any driving off the gravel runs a risk of getting stuck in the slippery clay/mud. Rainwater barrels and 110 electricity are available at the metal shed. We tent camped on the creek side sandbar. It was a group of 5 of us and a dog. David welcomed us at the site, he was friendly and answered all questions we had. The site had a bbq grill, a patio table and 4 chairs, and an outhouse that was close by. There was enough parking for our 3 vehicles so no problems there. The site wasn’t close by to other campers and felt very private which was nice. The creek was a little chilly but we were in it the majority of the days anyway, and the dog loved it. If you’re in to rock hunting this spot is for you! Bunch of neat things to find in and near the creek. I would also recommend some kind of water shoe for the rocky spots (if you have city feet like me) Overall, we had nothing negative to say about this place. Everything was great and we will be returning in the future!

We loved camping at Camp Topisaw! Felt very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The site is beautiful and absolutely for a weekend mental health break! You wake up to the sound of the moving creek and more birds singing than I’ve ever witnessed while camping. David was incredibly accommodating, showed us to our site, and provided a surplus of firewood for the purchased bundle so that we could enjoy our fires into the night.

We had a great stay. We pitched our tent close to the entrance for the use of electricity. There was lots of clutter around and the grass needed cutting, but we made the best of it. If it were a little cooler we would have definitely camped closer to the small swimming hole. We stayed 2 nights. Vincent was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Great place for an overnight stay with a small RV or if you want to pitch a tent in the woods for a night.

Great view of the stars at night! Perfect dose of quiet and peace. This site supported my daily solar needs with beautiful sunsets. Fire pit and manicured grass mowed to a golf course cut made this spot a perfect 3 night hideaway during remote work in the south. Thanks David & Edie for sharing your farm!

My husband, son and I stayed on the creekside sandbar site. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful spring fed Creek. This site is perfect. Beautiful views. Very private. Rockbars for us RockHounds. David was amazing. Met us upon arrival and brought us to our site. And the 25$ firewood bundle is definitely worth it! It was plenty for the two days we stayed.
