Harmonic Hollow Rustic Shelter is our cedar off grid building with a twin bed for camping in the back of our herbal gardens. Sunshine Cottage is our heated tiny cabin with one single bed and some amenities. wifi is spotty while we work to extend. There are also grassy and woodsy spaces for van, tent or camper stays. short term stays only. very nice and clean outdoor composting toilet. outdoor shower during warmer months. 1 quiet pet per camp rental on leash only. must clean up after pet. not fully fenced.

Learn more about this land:Grab the keys and enjoy a comfortable stay in a fully furnished 100 year old lodge! This log cabin has 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 King beds, and 3 single beds. An 86” Smart TV sits on the fire place mantle with a large comfy couch and an attached pool table and darts room. Outside there is a huge outdoor deck and an old stone fire pit for campfires. The property has  plenty of parking.

Close to downtown where you can be in the St. Clair River within minutes and quick access to I-94. Happy to provide a fire pit, a pleasant experience and even some fresh organic eggs for breakfast :)

We have few sites , one for your RV all services , a second site that has a older RV that is hooked up and available to rent.  A third that has another older camper that has no services but overlooks the river , good spot for a bon fire and 
sleeping with  many places to pitch a tent.

Beautiful Lake Shawood Sanctuary

Beautiful camping experience on our little slice of heaven. Lake Shawood is a beautiful, natural spring-fed, non-motorized lake that primarily borders the City of Novi's exquisite Lakeshore Park. Lakeshore Park has everything from playgrounds for very young children and older children, to picnic pavillions and a sandy beach, and miles of hiking, running, and biking trails. 

We fell in love with this property the second we walked behind the old cottage.

I love nature and being outdoors, especially hiking and biking. We are still making improvements on the land with a small garden, which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. Our big-picture vision is to renovate the old cottage and live in it.

This property has 1 large old oak tree and garden beds with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. (You can help yourself to any of the fruits or vegetables that are ripe)

We are on an old smaller home/cottage-style small residential street. Please keep in mind, that this is a spot for family and friend fun with the awareness of keeping it a sanctuary space for the neighbors as well. 

Enchanting Lakefront Camping Site

Pitch your tent and bring your family and children to our exquisitely beautiful site. The property sits on Shawood Lake, a non-motorized private waterfront site. There’s plenty of room to park your car, pitch a tent, enjoy a campfire, and the beauty of all types of birds (swans, geese, ospreys, and the occasional bald eagle), and animal life. The sunsets in this area are breathtaking.

Take a short 30-second walk and enjoy Pavilion Shore Park, a family-oriented park with a playground, swimming, fishing pier, and waterfront seating of Walled Lake. You’ll also find public restrooms which are open until 10 pm through the summer and a restaurant across the street.

We also have a portable camping toilet with a nice pop-up tent for privacy. 

Lakeshore Park is a 5-minute walk, an 11-acre park with volleyball, swimming, bike, and hiking trails (more than 10 miles of mountain biking and multi-purpose trails), horseshoe pits, BBQs, picnic shelters, and play structures.

Thousand S.’s Land

Thousand Suns is siting on 84 acres of beautiful land.  Thousand Suns is a tribal community nonprofit with monthly events, guest stay, ceremony and celebration.

With a river running through the land a spring fed pond with beach, community garden. Yoga studio Beautiful art and amazing people, you will leave the land charged and uplifted.

Our treehouse and fire pits where we enjoy having drum circles and other community gatherings. The tree house will soon be available for rent

The 10 acre property was purchased by their grandparents in the 70's as vacant land where they designed and built their dream home and pond on the front two acres.Learn more about this land:The nearby towns of Armada, Richmond, Memphis & Romeo are rich in history from their roots in our farming communities, historic railroad and before them, our Native American's use of the land. Each town offering a unique and charming Main Street full of locally owned shops and restaurants focused on supporting their local community. While you'll drive through it to access the back 8 acres, the front two acres are currently leased to a long term tenant who isn't to be disturbed.Each year we're improving the property and adding amenities. We currently have 4 individual van or tent camping sites and a larger community site that could accommodate up to 3 small RV's, vans or up to 22' trailers. We're in the process of building a 200 sqft structure to be the "lounge" common area hangout next to the community fire pit. Most vehicles with normal ground clearance should be able to access without issue. Extended heavy rain has created mud in the past at the entrance where 4x4 could be necessary to get in and out after a storm. Drivable roads and camp areas on back 8 acres were bushes cleared about a year ago. While its mostly grass now, there are still short, sticks/roots sticking out in some areas where they haven't been cleared or decomposed yet but still comfortable to drive or walk.
