Welcome to creek-side camping on our picturesque 16 acre farm! Here are a few ground rules to help with your stay -PLEASE READ SO NONE OF THIS IS A SURPRISE-:
- OVERLANDERS: You can bring your overland camper if you want, but you must park your vehicle in the parking spot across from your site at sites 1-3. It is a safety issue to block the entryway/exit lane. Site 4 is large enough to accommodate your vehicle and these rules do not apply there.
-This is a place for relaxation and reflection by the creek. No loud groups, or partying allowed. If your neighbor can hear your music it is too loud. If your host can hear it, you will be asked to turn it down or off all together. Again, please come here to chill, playing football/volleyball or similar sports and screaming/cheering while your neighbor is trying to enjoy their time here is rude.
-This is a pack it in, pack it out site. This includes food waste, and any garbage produced. Please respect that :) DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BURN ANY WASTE IN THE FIRE RING BEFORE CHECKING OUT. DO NOT THROW FOOD SCRAPS IN THE CREEK!
-There is NO FISHING, kayaking or boating. Go for a swim and float, no prob! But please float in the vicinity of your camp, so as not to disturb other campers.
- Do not invite visitors to your campsite. This is a common sense insurance issue, no exceptions. If you want friends and family to experience our beautiful spot, please have them sign up and book a site, wouldn't that be more fun anyway!? People coming to our land who are not booked at a site will immediately be shown off the property.
-Due to many guests asking for earlier arrival and later departure times, we are strictly adhering to the posted check in and check out times.
- No generators!
You can enjoy the following on our sites:
- Free, unlimited wood for your campfires. Each site comes with a fire ring.
- Seating arrangements (picnic table, wrought iron loungers and chairs and wood benches).
- Charming outhouse situated over a septic certified holding tank with toilet paper.

Maple Grove farm is a twenty acre preserved livestock and hay farm in Harford County Maryland. It is home to sheep, alpaca, an old horse, chickens , dogs, and a cat or two.
The world headquarters for Remsberg Inc Photo Studios is in the older farmhouse on the property and we lead photo safaris and workshops in Africa and England through the year.
Our crack team of Border Collies are here to assist you with all your outdoor activity needs from frisbee tossing to ball throwing. Gather around the fire under the stars and listen to the sounds of sheep doing whatever it is sheep do with one of our loaner dogs at your feet and horses grazing in the sunset on the hill.
We are only three miles from W42 (Fallston Airport) if you are flying in. Nearby there are hiking trails and a swimming hole at Gunpowder Falls State Park one mile away. Boordy Vinyards down the road has a farmers market Thursdays and wine tastings other days or get homemade ice cream at Prigel Creamery just past it. Take your canoe up to Eden Mill or Bike on the Ma & Pa and NCR trails nearby.

Campsite is located on a 12 plus acre family horse farm. There is a patch of woods with a small creek that runs through it. We are located 10 minutes from Rock State Park, Eden Mill Nature Center, and the MA and PA walking trail. We are 20 minutes from Jerusalem Mill Village. You can hike, bike, climb, and swim at 2 or more of these locations.
Tucked Away Acres is just that, we are tucked away behind other houses. The property backs up to power lines where deer can be seen often. We offer a large fire pit, horse shoe pit, small playground, trampoline, swings, and a small zip line over the creek in the woods. Horseback riding is available on certain weekends only (weight limit of 180 lbs) for an extra charge. Type of riding depends on skill level, leadline to guided trail ride. We have a produce stand that has tomatoes, squash, cucumbers and more.

I enjoyed camping at pond site 1. The spot was beautiful. The firepit could definitely use some building up. The bathroom was really convenient but not up kept well. Spider and spider webbs ceiling was falling down. The pond was beautiful, plenty of amazing big and small mouth bass.

Scott has great spacious camping spots with beautiful water views. Camp 3 has a lovely deck and surrounding bamboo. We love staying here. We found many hidden gems in the surrounding areas including Delta Pizza, Martic Bridge crossing the Susquehanna, and up to Pinnacle Overlook. The hospitality and clean spaces make this a great stay.

This site well exceeded our expectations. I was amazed how private and well laid out this site was. Unlimited wood for burning was beautifully stacked right next to a large area for setting up tents and an area for parking. There were large wooden benches with table tops conveniently located. These were extremely useful and such nice feature. Best of all was the setting - private, right next to the creek with a small babbling waterfall, surrounded by trees, very private.

Scott's property was instantly charming and each site has its own personality. The setups are intuitive, attractive and comfortable, built into the greenery to create your own little world along the water. The creek was a wonderful companion with a few good spots to dip in, and Scott recommended a great hike nearby (with more swimming!). My dog and I had a beautiful stay and I have every intention of coming back when I need a break from life.
