Welcome to Hidden Lake Farm!

We are a family-owned farm and hope you enjoy our little slice of heaven as much as we do. Whether you're a new, inquiring camper or a familiar face, we appreciate your support and wish to make your stay with us as memorable as possible.

We offer primitive camp sites (most can accommodate various sizes of RV's), a primitive cabin, and hike-in sites surrounded by woods, a lake, ponds, and unforgettable views.  Each site is unique and offers different experiences.  Activities include hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing.  

We also offer day passes for those wanting to enjoy the property without staying overnight and larger groups have the option to rent out the entire campground for a more intimate experience.  Feel free to reach out for more information regarding these options or for any additional questions regarding our facilities.

There were a couple of squirrels around that legitimately threw things at me from the trees... but they were cute so I let it slide.

The Honey Hut

This is a small honey bee farm . Cabin is between ten acres of windflowers and our 5 acre pond. You may see deer, otters, turkey, or even a bald eagle we saw once. Pets are welcome but you must select the optional per pet / per day fee under extras . This money goes to the cleaning lady . 

Wildcat Creek Farm in Tyrone

Our farm is located on the property where the ferry brought individuals across the KY River from Versailles, KY. We are a private farm and live here for the pleasure of the land, the quiet from the city, and the outdoor activities. We want to share this with our guests.

Come and enjoy bourbon country on the Kentucky River. We are located immediately next door to the Wild Turkey Distillery, and within miles of a few others. Our 44-acre property offers immediate access to the KY River, and is within 5 minutes of an extremely quaint downtown area, should you decide to go to town for a meal. Plenty of restaurants for your choosing! 7 minutes away is a Walmart should you forget anything.  Come and relax in our peaceful surroundings. Horses, goats, mini mules, & mini horses on site and loving attention. Bring your frisbees, cornhole, and yard games.

Zipper was stuck. But the site was really flat, so that was really nice.

Serenity Camp

I moved back here a few years ago to my home place where I grew up.  To me it is the most relaxing thing I can do to just sit by a bonfire and look at the view.

Little grove of trees was a perfect place to set up the hammock.

Hard to tell from the photos, but this canyon probably has 40+ ft walls--some great exploring options!!

Daniel Boone once owned the land, and his last standing Cabin in Kentucky is nearby on US 68. His son was killed nearby at the Battle of Bluelicks now the site of Bluelicks Battlefield Resort state park. Just 30 minutes from Maysville, Flemingsburg, Paris, Cynthiana, and Mt. Sterling. 45 minutes to Lexington. Enjoy the view over the hollers and cow pasture, with hawks overhead and deer and turkey in the field. Just minutes from Bluelicks Battlefield Resort State park and (2) Clay Wildlife Management areas for hiking, fishing, canoe and kayaking. Last Daniel Boon Cabin in KY minutes away. Beach, boating, fishing and golf available at Lake Carnico. Listen to the birds and bugs on a dead end road with little traffic and few lights at night to stargaze or enjoy a fire. Working outhouse available.
