We have 2.5 acres directly on the Clinch River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, etc and 55 additional acres which offer hiking trails and a small farm with goats, donkeys, peacocks, ducks and chickens for your enjoyment.  We offer a bundle of firewood and farm fresh eggs to our campers upon check-in also.

Learn more about this land:This is a working cattle farm, so there are beef cattle, horses, dogs, and a few humans that live here. You can choose between camping with mountain, creek, pond, or farm views. Dirt roads throughout the farm for hiking, a pond for fishing, and a creek for playing in. We have abundant fauna and flora here to watch and identify. We are close to Cumberland National Historical Park which offers more hiking and tours through Cudjo's Cave (Gap Cave).

 North Fork of the clinch river runs through the middle of the property.
Close enough drive to Natural Tunnel, Devils Bath Tub and Cumberland Gap. 

Wildlife : Pheasant, turkey, black bear, mink, otter, snip, hawks, bald eagles.

Welcome!

Come pitch a tent under the stars and enjoy camping next to the river. You are also welcome to pull up your RV or camper to the older Victorian house on the property, that we are upgrading with solar and water right now.
