Great little spot just outside of Indy. You aren’t too far from the property owner’s house and horses (which were cool to see by the way) but the way the pond sits, there’s overgrowth and trees that hides the view of all of that. This campsite felt very private. It was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted. I would 100% recommend this Hipcamp site to anyone that is looking at it.

Perfect place to stay! Very nice family. Everything is as described, not a single even slightly negative thing in the 17 days I stayed. Would go quite a distance out of my way to stay here again. Jonathan let me know of wind gusts expected that I had no idea of and even offered to put my awning in for me!! Great guy! Highly recommended.

This is one of the best Hip Camps we have experienced. The directions were clear, and the host, Jonathan, greeted us warmly. Jonathan took the time to show us the property and the campsite. Electric, water, and a very clean toilet are conveniently located. Jonathan also has a strong Wi-Fi in the camping area. We easily connected. Our campsite was covered, which was helpful during the evening rain. Jonathan has 20 acres where trails are cut through the corn fields and the woods for hiking and dog walking. There are many birds in the area, so birders will enjoy it. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Great camping spot! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Spot is beautiful and private! We stayed by the pavilion & pond. The property is big so I imagine even if others are there, there would still be plenty of privacy. The bathroom (on the back side of the barn) was nice to have - 3 min walk. Kids fished & caught/released a bunch, hung the hammocks, made dinner/breakfast using the grate over the fire. Would love to come back again!

This was just what I was looking for. Ginny’s land was peaceful. I never met her face to face, however, was VERY communicative via app if I needed to ask a question. The site was utmost beautiful on the pond. Very primitive which is what I wanted. The dogs and I enjoyed this spot very much! The pond isn’t really swimmable for humans, but was for my pups. I would come back. The store was about 2 miles from the site. Another store about 4 miles. Thanks Ginny and family ❤️

This is a dreamy, beautiful property! The animals were entertaining, and hosts were very welcoming. It was nice to have toilet access since we were tent camping. We had a fire and cooked our dinner, and they had picnic tables for us to eat at.

Very nice, private land with a beautiful pond and amazing view of the sunset. It's a secluded site and the owners were very accommodating. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. I would say that maybe if you have a land yacht this might not be the spot for you. Smaller travel trailers will do best in this area.

This was by far the most accommodating and generous host(s). I was so late arriving and they stayed up past midnight to greet me and guide me to a lovely spot so I “could have the best view and also see the pigs in the morning .” Here I was - hours late. They were incredibly gracious and caring. I loved the view and the pigs and the entire location. 😀

Jonathan's place is awesome. Everything is in excellent condition. It is quiet and peaceful. Jonathan is also a great host and even helped me out resolving a problem when our leveling jacks froze up. We would definitely stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone else.
