Kraay's Market & Garden

The property has so much history.  Larry purchased the 16 acres in 1978 as nothing but a field.  His dream was to raise Arabian Horses, so that is what the property was set up to do and he did just that, very successfully.  We did convert a few acres into a Market Garden a few years ago and started Kraay's Market Garden, you can find us online.  We love sharing our place, the Tipi and Tipi yard are an extra special place.  We would love to share our place with you!

Our property is 4 miles down the road from BLM, where you are able to do any outdoor activities you desire. Personally, I love to ride horses and hike there. You may be greeted by horses or dogs on our property, and it's quite possible that you will hear coyotes at night (light sleepers take this into account). 

If you are a horse or dog lover, you are able to interact with our animals on the property!

I am on the property, as well, for any questions/issues/concerns. There is a runoff river that runs through the property but rarely has water. We like to use it for campfires instead!

Brittney offers horse rides around the property. This was a nice addition especially for our little one who loves horses. Brittney was very responsive when we messaged her. 

There are a couple trees on the lot that can be used for a little shade. But this is a desert, be prepared. 

Gate post and lads to the back of the property. Make sure you close it back once you enter.

Copus Cove

32 acres of prime ground in the magic Valley with pastures and camp ground one of the best equestrian facilities  around. Indoor arena and outdoor as well.  Set around campfire and tell your tales of the old west great camping with friends and family. Copus cove sits two miles south of Hyw 30 this makes this unique with minimal traffic making it very quiet and relaxing to camp

Farmland for Days

This is the land where the original Maroa school house was built in 1914. Our house is original and is where the teachers lived. We love old houses and hope you enjoy the area while you're here!Learn more about this land:Welcome!You will be staying in our backyard pasture. We live in a quite neighborhood surrounded by beautiful farmland. There is very little noise and traffic and the night sky is amazing!!We're located one mile from US-93 and 10 minute driving distance to Twin Falls for fun shopping, great bars and restaurants, and historic hotsprings within the area. Just a mile up the road are the fish ponds, a great place to explore and get the catch of the day or head down to the Snake River for more water related opportunities. There are nice parks nearby and great opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, ATV and dirt biking, biking and running trails, boating, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing or snow boarding. There is excellent outdoor recreation any season of the year. The great Snake River canyon is 2 miles away with nearby Nationally Recognized Shoshone Falls, the Niagra of the West, with a drop of nearly 500 feet.We truly live in an amazing part of the world! Nearly every day of the year you can watch the BASE jumpers from the Perrine bridge, one of the only legal places in the country. You name it, you can do it here. We're only a few hours from Yellowstone National Park and historic Sun Valley is 90 mins north or the famous City of Rocks rock climbing area can be found south of here.About 45 minutes to an hour north of here is Craters of the Moon National Monument for some excellent caving hiking and exploring.We use this area for storing vehicles or riding toys so please be respectful of our homes and the neighbors.

La Breeza Homestead

Beautiful views of the Idaho sunsets from the hill overlooking Glenns Ferry. 34 acres of peace and quiet to enjoy local wildlife, stargazing, hike around, or just use as a base to explore the local area, go fishing, hunting, or visit the winery in town.

Note: you can hear the interstate and the train as it is a small town and both are within a mile from campsite

Campsite is a 4 acre pasture with a small grove of trees that holds a prepared firepit as well as a rope hammock and small sitting area. Lots of birds and wildlife are around (owls, hawks, hummingbirds, deer, endless quail and rabbits, the occasional coyote or fox) and with easy access to the town and I-84 for exploring.

We are just a few minutes drive from town where there is a grocery store, several bars, a golf course, Y-Knot winery, and fishing on the Snake River. This is a great location for exploration of the area, birding, fishing, or hunting up near Bennett Mountain. Only 20 min drive from Bruneau Sand Dunes. We are also very conveniently located off of I-84 for road-trippers passing through. As we are near the interstate there are some constant road noise sounds. It is generally fairly quiet and makes white noise but is something to be aware of if that sort of sound bothers you.  

You may bring your car into the pasture (mindful of vertical irrigation pipes when driving in pasture) and camp anywhere you like in this pasture (recommend near the grove so you are close to firepit). 

LGBTQIA+ friendly, Pet friendly.  We are a tent and car camping only site as we do not have facilities for a trailer and we the pasture is on a slight slope so will not be able to find a level spot for a trailer. 

 We do have 34 acres and the property is all available to hike on ... if you would like to hike up the hill (there is no direct car access up there) it offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and night sky but can be quite windy. 

We have firewood available and will try to have a small supply at the firepit, but if you would like extra or want to guarantee some available please add it on.
