Whether you’re seeking adventure or solitude, you’ll find it here in Big Sky Country. From the jagged Rocky Mountains to the expansive Great Plains. Green Acres Ranch is home to some of the most beautiful wildlife in the country. The town of Thompson Falls is filled with friendly residents, affordable eatery’s and unique trinket shopping. It's a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to the famous High Bridge that takes you to the island into town, along with swimming and fishing. Need some space. You’ll find it on our green fields of 10 acres, or 5 acres of forest. Inviting the wild turkeys, geese, elk, eagles and deer. Views are filled with panoramic serene mountains and majestic blue skies. Portable toilets will not be available until the beginning of May and we've got The Best Drinking Water. ~Thank You~

Our campground is part of our working farm. We have a permanent wetland conservation easement on 400 acres of our farm that provides habitat for all manor of wildlife. Bring your camera and a pare of binoculars.  Cell phone service in our area is VERY limited.

Burke Outpost

The Silver Valley is rich with mining history and Burke canyon was the heart of it. You drive past ghost towns and abandoned mine/mill sites to get to the top of the canyon and our little piece of North Idaho. Past our place is the gateway to high mountain lakes and trail systems for days. Close to Wallace and the Center of the Universe.

Perfect setting for our wedding. Tad rented the whole property to us. We were able to park 4 trailers on one side and hook 3 up to power. The other side of the creek we put the tents up for our guests. Lots of parking up top for those not staying the night.

Rivers Edge Retreat

The  old railway road bed that serviced the Mill Creek Saw Mill runs through the middle of my  property. My log cabin is one of only three high cabins that sit on the back of the Clark Fork River. Learn more about this land:5 RV camp spots, either Motorhome or Trailer. Dry camping only for now will be adding electrical in the near future. Water is available via hose.Enjoy the wildlife that frequent the area. Bald Eagles and Osprey reside in the trees on property and can be seen fishing in the waters behind property.River views from property and fishing access down to river via sloped trail. Public access for fishing and swimming and boat launch are across the river and about a 4 minute drive from camp.1/2 mile from State cut off Rd. Highway 135 and  Highway 90 in Saint Regis. Golfing at Trestle Creek Golf Course 500 yards from camp. Bike the Hiawatha trail designed to take you through views of Mt back country from abounded train trails, ride through old trail tunnels and experience Montana’s beauty. Glacier National Park just 2.5 hours from camp.Flathead Lake 1 hour from camp. 4 X 4 trails just 1 minute from camp.

Learn more about this land:We (Stewart and Michelle) want to share our beautiful Montana property with fellow bikers. If you are on your way to a rally or to Glacier and don't want to compete for a simple camp spot with cars and RVs, this is the place for you.We have tent campsites, a porta potty, electric, water, charcoal BBQ, Fire pit, all nestled at the foot of a mountain.  Need a tent etc.?  We have some tents, sleeping bags, etc. available if you are travelling light.  Just let us know!Stewart has some shop space available when he is home for simple repairs and checks on your bike before you head back out.  We have chickens and ducks, so you may hear a rooster or some clucking, but they are around the corner and not right up in your business. They get up about 7am-ish and go to roost at appx. 8pm. Ask us about fresh eggs!Campers will receive 10% off meals at Whipped Up Cafe in Superior.  Scott and Michele and family will feed you a tasty homecooked meal.  The menu is inside the cabinet at camp.We are less than 5 minutes from the interstate, exit 47.  

Coordinates are in yellow.  This tent is available if you do not have one with you.  This is for campsite #2.

Seven Stars Alpaca Ranch LLC

We do not provide hook-ups but there is a gas station not far from the ranch that provides clean-outs.  We provide excellent clean water and an extension cord.  We also provide some of the friendliest cutest animals to visit.

This is self-check-in so find your clearly marked site and park.  You are on a livestock working ranch with well taken care of animals.  We will greet you when we are able do so.

We purchased this wonderful 40 acre ranch in our retirement years.

We had never done ranching or farming before and wanted a new experience

with this gift called life.

Being long time hard working Alaskans and living the Alaskan Adventure

we could see no reason to be in our golden years and not have another adventure.

Our many different animals provide us with entertainment and a purpose.

Mini Donkeys asking for a bum rub and braying for breakfast always brings a smile.  Alpacas, Llamas and Valais Black Nose Sheep, provides us with beautiful rugs from their own fiber that we sell in the Seven Stars Store. 

The rest of the hats, gloves, blankets and wonderful socks come from Peru.  

Mini horses that love to be brushed and even have their hair braided all make for an unusual experience.
