At night it cools off some for a great resting temperature. We usually have nice tradewinds blowing through. Our property is rural and quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep. The evenings make for great stargazing and the days are not too hot with sun in the morning and sometimes clouds roll in during the afternoon. Ocean View lives up to its name with Ocean Views from most places. The town itself features friendly folks and a variety of establishments including a pizzaria, grill, grocery stores, farmers markets, gas station, post office, and gift shop.
