One room, tiny cabin, 10‘ x 16‘ ( it's small) with bathroom , kitchenette , shower, space heater and air conditioning twin bed all in one room it's perfect for one person but it sleeps two with two twin beds one rolls out. Complementary coffee , hot tea, and water. There is a microwave and a mini fridge. It is in the woods by a stream and it is right beside my house where I live. Parking is about 150 feet walk down a small hill and a few stone steps. It is not handicap accessible. 3 miles to grocery and or Target/Walmart. The Chattahoochee river old Settles Bridge is 1/2 of a mile past my driveway trout fishing and kayak if you have one. I have a medium bike you can use.

Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Atlanta. This tiny home is located on an urban farm. The space is simple and comfortable, with a full bathroom, loft, Tempurpedic mattress, dining table, cooktop, TV and internet. There is a full closet for hanging clothes and several shelves. On the farm, you will find rows and rows of beautiful wildflowers.
Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops & zoo.
The space
We're right in the middle of the city, a short distance from many attractions. But when you set foot on the farm, you'll feel like your miles away.
The tiny house sits behind a concrete block facade that remains from an old house. The space in front of the house may look empty, but it has been used by the farmers for seed starts. In the future, we will be converting the space to a patio with seating and ping pong.
The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether.
Guest access
You may wander the farm, but please stay off the beds and be mindful that these guys work really hard!
The farm is pretty quiet January and part of February.
Other things to note
There is also a vintage Airstream on the property and is also rented out on Airbnb.
This is a tiny house; along with a tiny house comes a tiny water heater. We have turned up the temperature, but please plan on short showers.

Tiny Shirley is the perfect in-town getaway for a mommy retreat, couples retreat, private writer’s retreat, or a comfortable work-from-home stay for a few days.
The 423 sq. ft. space features a deck, private bedroom, 1.5 baths, a wellness room, and self check-in. Affectionately known as Tiny Shirley, it is located in a historic in-town Atlanta neighborhood. Conveniently situated in Southwest Atlanta, it is near the BeltLine (Lionel Hampton Trail), Lee + White Food Hall, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the AUC, the Georgia Aquarium, and more.
While we are located in the city, you’ll feel like you’ve spent the night in the country.
One room is set up as a bedroom (with a queen bed and desk) and includes a spa-like bathroom for a relaxing escape. It also offers access to the common space, which includes a kitchenette (sink, oven, and full-size refrigerator), seating area, and television.
The second room is a wellness space, perfect for an intimate yoga session and furnished with floor cushions.
There are separate entrances for the bedroom, common area, and wellness room.
Our space is easily accessible via I-20 and I-285, or by taking surface streets since we are located in-town. We are in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking.
Tiny Shirley was completed in June 2021 and is our way of re-entering the short-term rental space post-pandemic.
The booking is for a maximum of two guests total. Please do not host additional visitors (day or night), or extra fees will apply. If you would like to host a larger group, please send us an inquiry. We do accommodate approved events.

The cabin was absolutely great! It was the perfect cozy retreat into the woods to disconnect and relax. The jacuzzi was a huge highlight and very enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, and Joni and Moni were great hosts—very attentive and fast to respond. Highly recommend!

This cabin was the perfect mountain escape—quiet, tucked into a ravine, and surrounded by winding roads and beautiful views. We arrived late Friday, please note when arriving in the dark it may be a bit hard to find but for us it just added to the laughs. There was no signal out near the cabin, so it took a bit of teamwork, but we got it figured out.
Saturday was all about the outdoors: breakfast at Bear Necessities Café, then hiking Amicalola Falls (about 40 mins away, but again we appreciated the drive through the mountains and we're not rushed to do anything). We tackled the 425+ stairs at the falls, and tag-teamed carrying our dog, who absolutely refused the metal steps 😂. Sunday’s rain slowed things down in the best way—gold mine tour, incredible Mediterranean food at Pharaoh’s Feast, then soaking in the hot tub and ending each night with a campfire. Peaceful, cozy, and dog-friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.

1 night at Tiny Home Way
This was a perfect weekend getaway! We only stayed a single night, but this tiny gem is equipped with everything you need. Beautiful setting, even in winter.
We weren't concerned but we were wondering how well heated the cabin would be. When we woke in the morning it was 24F, feels like 9F, and we had had a toasty night. Blankets provided were perfect. Space heater was excellent. The floor and bottom level were cooler, but the heat rising to the sleeping loft necessitated turning on the fan to circulate and ease a bit of stuffiness, as crazy as that is.
And the hot tub was blessedly HOT, even in the freezing weather. Towels provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a bit of stargazing even with the string lights lit.
We wished we had remembered our firewood. The fire pit by the creek is so inviting, with log formed benches and a bar height one for ease with refreshments. It was still a great coffee spot in the morning.
Jodi and her team are excellent communicators. I was able to consult with them about some of the forest roads in the area as we wanted to do the short day hike to the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail. MAJOR TIP: approach the parking lot from the north/west direction on the forest service road.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Joni’s place was very cute and fit the bill for what we were looking for a quiet weekend stay! About thirty to forty minutes from great areas like Dahlonega and Blairsville, we got to explore both town and forest and have a cozy place to crash. Be mindful you can see the other tiny homes if you’re looking for something extremely quiet.

My two sons, ages 12 and 6, and I stayed in the tiny house and had a great time. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We liked that there were some kid friendly restaurants and a Publix within walking distance! The tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host Jaya was responsive to my emails. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed a nice, quiet retreat. It rained nearly the whole time I was there so I didn’t make use of the swing bench or the fire pit, but I absolutely would have if it was dryer. Even so, the tiny house was cozy and I was happy to cocoon inside. I would definitely visit again!
