Glamp your adventure!  Pitch your tent next to a mountain stream and let it lure you to sleep!  As close as you can get to all the great activities that Blue Ridge has to offer.  Right in the heart of the Aska adventure area!  3 miles to downtown, 1 mile to Lake Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River.  Just over a mile and you find yourself at the Deep Gap/Flat Creek trailhead for mountain biking and hiking fun.  Close to the waterfall trail off of Rock Creek road.  Come and feel the breeze as it blows across the meadow as you nap under the trees.  It’s a place that the whole family can enjoy! Now with 2 outdoor showers(hot/cold), full bathroom and bike wash.

*Please note that the bathroom/outdoor showers and bike wash are located on the outside of the barn which is also a VRBO.  Please respect any VRBO renters and use only the outdoor facilities as mentioned.  There are firepits at each camping platform location.  Please see pictures for Barn and exterior facilities. Munson Hill Farm

The farm was purchased 40 years ago by the Miller family. Two families have been raised here it has been a great home. Local Boy Scout Troops have camped here on numerous occasions and always been back for more. Andy & Ana's Cute Little Farm

Our farm was once the site of Cherokee Indian villages. Prior to that, it was the site of Creek Indian and Pre-Creek Indian villages. Local historians and archaeologists share that the area hosted Spanish Conquistadors in their quest for gold.

Today, we enjoy the natural beauty of the area with peace & quiet like no other place you can imagine.

We are a rustic, 56-acre organic farm near the river in beautiful NW Georgia. Adventure opportunities include Hiking, Biking (gravel/MTB/road) water sports & sightseeing at local State Parks.

Please Note: Bikes and water sports gear are not provided - please bring your own.

In addition to our Guest House, we have ample camping space available (tent/trailer/short RV)  for overflow guests. Some folks like to camp but have access to the Guest House for more indoor amenities.

The kitchenette features a small refrigerator for refreshments, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a hot water kettle for teas and hot beverages.

Bathroom.  Towels, washcloths, soap & shampoo are provided for your use.

The open and lofty design assures lots of natural light and opportunities for relaxation.

The Peaceful Palmer Retreat

The 65 acre property has been in our family for over 10 years.  During that time we have created outdoor spaces in an effort to share our home with family and friends.  We have hosted events, such as trail running and biking races to family photos.  The property has hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as, and borders the river.  During the stay, you will see wildlife, have plenty of privacy, and have feel the peace of the great outdoors.  Camping groups will be able to choose their camping location and select from settings of pastures, river, or forests.  Sharing our passion of the outdoors and outdoor adventures is our purpose.Learn more about this land:65 acre property with hiking and mountain biking trails. RV parking with Power/Water

Learn more about this land:Space for your RV in a private, residential area.  This parking pad is in the backyard of a home with daily occupancy which will allow for your RV to be watched over.  The access is easy using a (2) point turn to bring it in and a (3) point turn to head back to the street.  The street to the driveway does have a 20 degree slope.  I believe that a 35’ RV could fit but you need to see the space to confirm(see pics).The pad itself is uncovered, on gravel and is approximately 15’ x 40’ (600sf, plenty of space for slides on either side).  When the RV is backed-up toward the back of the home, the driver’s side will be parked along the fence line of a wooded lot(see pic).There are (2) electrical service boxes within 10’ of the back of the RV; (1) 50 amp/240 volt service and (1) 30 amp/120 volt service.  There is a water spigot within 10’(see pic).If you hook-up to water/elec, there will be a $25/night additional cost.Please reply with a description/length/age etc. of your RV/Boat and how often you need access.  Please include your name and phone number and I will call to discuss.(1) line questions without descriptions of the above will not be answered.

Our farm is a working Cattle farm.  Campers are welcome to walk or bike the driveway.   Scene is private and quiet.   We have two friendly Labs that are loose on the farm.     

The campsite is lakeside and very primitive.  There is a fire ring and table/chairs.  No water or power.

Our intention is to make the space available for travelers who need a spot to park or rest for the evening.  This site is not a long term campsite.

Site #2.  We use this site in the event it is too wet to drive to Lakeside
