Located on the northern end of the park, near most of the hiking and biking trails, the Oleta River Youth Group Campground is made up of 3 campsites that can hold 30 hearty youths each

this is a nice escape from North Miami. you can see the buildings from the State Park but its a quiet oasis!

Welcome to serenity with the convenience of the city! We are not a commercial campground.  We live on site in our home with our 2 dogs and 2 adorable mini ponies. Our three back-in camper sites are located behind our home under the shade of coconut and mango trees or by our barn, with a separate driveway and turnaround large enough for even the biggest fifth wheel trailers.  The 50 amp RV outlets and city water hookups are at each site for convenience, with 30 amp adaptors available if needed.  Gray water can be emptied on site, black water must be pumped (contact info for local service providers available).  We live on a quiet street with a large park directly across the street featuring walking trails, equestrian trails, sports fields, and playground equipment, and only 5 minutes from numerous grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences.  5 minutes from Wellington, Lion Country Safari, and Royal Palm Beach.  25 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Lake Okeechobee, less than 1 hour to Fort Lauderdale and 1 hr 15 min to Miami.  An ideal location when visiting South Florida!

BECAUSE WE ARE A FUNCTIONING HORSE TRAINING FACILITY THERE WILL BE NO TENTS OF ANY KIND PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. OUR SPACE IS FOR SELF CONTAINED TRAILERS AND CAMPERS ONLY.   TENTS BLOW IN THE WIND AND HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF SCARING OR STARTLING A HORSE WHICH CAN POTENTIALLY HURT THEMSELVES OR THEIR RIDER.  THIS INCLUDES ANY FREE STANDING TENT OR CANOPY.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AWNINGS ON TRAILERS.  THERE IS ALSO NO SEPTIC/TOILETS AVAILABLE ON SITE FOR TENT CAMPERS.

Learn more about this land:Welcome to&nbsp;Loxahatchee RV Site! Enjoy the privacy of our&nbsp;clean, flat, mulched spot for your RV, van, or trailer. We can easily accommodate a 34-ft RV, which you may back in or pull in. The road leading to our property is paved, providing easy access.&nbsp;We have a water spigot, french drain for gray water, 30 amp (adding a 50 amp soon), and welcome generators. We're located on a very quiet road.
Note: No dogs allowed currently, as we have an old horse (Cheddar) on the property. Thank you for understanding.

We are located in an equestrian area, close to White Fences, and Wellington Horse Arenas. We are also near Lion Country Safari,&nbsp;Rapids Waterpark and Calypso Bay. There's lots of nearby access to nature: explore wildlife viewing and&nbsp;hiking through the&nbsp;cypress wetlands of&nbsp;J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area, or an awesome boardwalk through nature at&nbsp;Grassy Waters Preserve.
