Our family-owned campground offers convenient RV camping options and vacation rentals. We are the closest campground to Key West, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Key West and the stunning beauty of the Florida Keys. All sites are back-in sites with full hookup and 30/50amp service. Your one vehicle in addition to your RV must fit in your site, We do not have additional parking, otherwise, the car must be parked outside on the right of way. When booking a site, the length of the RV must include a bumper-to-bumper or trailer tongue-to-back bumper length including any type of bike and motorcycle racks. All RVs must be SELF-CONTAINED as we DO NOT HAVE A BATHHOUSE. We recommend parking at the entrance and walking to your site to be able to plan your approach as most sites are best to back in from the entrance. At Leo's, we do not allow third-party drop-off RV service at our campground, due to a conflict of schedule dropping off and picking up equipment. *Prices are based on 1-2 people and do not include 12.5% sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a 2-night minimum stay and a 2-night nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation for Memorial weekend, 4th Of July week, Labor Day weekend, and Holiday break from December 20 to January 1st. There is a 4-night minimum for Fantasy Fest's 10-day celebration, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and a 50% non-refundable balance is to be paid a month before arrival. Monthly reservations require a $250 nonrefundable deposit at the time of making the reservation, and they can only be made over the phone or in person.

Property was clean with easy back in spot. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Decided to use the bus system as kw parking is $4/hour! Bus stop 50’ from property. Only $2 round trip. Would recommend to anyone.

Leo’s Campground was clean, well maintained. It is adorably decorated. You can leave food for the iguanas and cast your kayak from the beach within the campground.Staff was pleasant and helpful. Approximately 3 miles to Key West. Full hookups. Laundry. Recycle cans available. FYI you are one block off a main highway behind a row of stores. There is air traffic noise from the nearby airports . We would recommend and we would definitely return. We chose a premium site to get a bit more room as standard sites are just a bit small. Our site had a white picket fence overlooking the pond and fountain. Proximity to everything in key west was no more than 15 min. Visited week before Thanksgiving. Perfect weather, no crowds.

Denise was the perfect host! She was very responsive, easy to work with and everything was as described. Well, it was more beautiful than the photos represent! We enjoyed the site, it was directly on the canal, with easy access for the boat. The kids enjoyed ping-pong, swimming and riding bikes in a secure /safe environment. We'll definitely be back! The space is terrific for a nice spot to stay while jumping round the Keys. We’ve been there twice and loved it both times. The facilities and amenities at Venture Out are great as well. Close to a couple really great restaurants and bars including Broil, Square Grouper, Boondocks and Tonio’s. Counting the days until we can return. Denise is easy to work with. Thanks!

Great time and nice resort with more amenities than some other resorts which were at comparable pricing. Pickleball courts to swimming pool available. Also, pool tables, ping pong, sewing classes and much more. Church services are available. The only negative we experienced was a couple area wide internet outages. All campsites were affected, but internet was still available in the resort’s activity room. . Enjoy.

Leo’s Campground is a great RV park for those looking to stay in Key West without breaking the bank. Our site was a great size for a class B, clean, and convenient place to park with easy access to the island’s attractions. The staff was all amazing. For a small park off a busy road, they've done a great job creating an inviting space. They have murals throughout the park, chairs and firepits set up along the mangrove edges, and an iguana feeding station, which our kids loved!
