Elevated on a 20x28 wood deck, surrounded by lush landscaping and many extras, this campsite is less than an hour from lakes, rivers, natural springs, and the famous Emerald Coast.

Roam the small fruit and vegetable gardens, where, depending on the season, you can pick grapes and other berries, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, or vegetables like tomatoes, okra, peppers, or squash.  

Whether you're seeking a romantic escape for two or a family adventure, this glamping haven provides something for everyone.  Roast marshmallows over the fire pit, relax in a hammock swing, grill your favorite meal on the bbq, or lay back in the bell tent comfy queen bed while enjoying the AC.

If you are looking for an experience, and not just some patch of dirt to camp on, Paradise Gardens is for you.  Glamping is the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors without having the hassle of hauling your own gear around.  

Walk the 25 acres amongst some of the oldest pine trees in Northwest Florida.  Take the diameter of a pine tree and multiply by 5 and that tells you the approximate age.  Given that some of these trees are between 3 and 5 feet wide, know that when they were saplings, Thomas Edison invented his light bulb, Abraham Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address, and some are old enough to have been there when Jefferson penned the draft of the Declaration of Independence.

Beyond the campsite, you can explore the nearby white sand beaches.  See the natural springs of Ponce DeLeon,  less than 15 minutes away.  Or do other activities like swimming, fishing, and hiking.

The 20x28 wood deck platform is bursting with solar powered lights that come on at dusk, making the campsite look magical.

Navarre Beach Camping Resort is located in Navarre, FL. We have 99 rv sites 29 cabins and three travel trailers. We are on the water, the Santa Rosa Sound, it is an intercoastal water way. We are a ten minute drive to Navarre Beach. Fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding are fun things to do in the area.

Back-in standard sites throughout the park have full hook-up and will accommodate up to twenty five foot campers. You park your RV on a sand, dirt pad, you have a concrete pad and a picnic table. Site comes with water, sewer, electric,&nbsp;wifi and cable. Some sites have shade. None of our sites are shaded all day long. Every site is a short walk to our beach.

The Lazy River

Located on the Choctawhatchee river, The Lazy River home is 1 mile up river from the bay and located just off of the big river. You are able to access the best of both worlds here including Crab Island, the fresh water springs and the big river.

Stay in the river and catch bass, bream and catfish or venture into the bay and catch redfish, trout and mullet. The home features a private concrete boat launch, dock, and boat lift in the brackish water canal behind the home for your boat. Enjoy accessing the home for your stay by water or land. Our favorite way to access is by boat- launching at the West Bay bridge in Panama City and running down the intracoastal waterway into the bay. 

When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly. 

Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A. 

Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home.  Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy! 

The home features a private screened cookhouse with a wood burning grill, satellite TV and plenty of private parking for your vehicle and boat trailer.

Elegant Log Cabin Creekside

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the Conecuh National Forest.  Cabin has small amount of steps on front and is 3 levels on the back, overlooking the forest and trail down to the creek. Spacious back porch with several comfortable rocking chairs allows for birdwatching and visiting. Down the trail 2-3 min walking or driving is a covered pavilion and beautiful creekside private sandbar. Wifi and phone are spotty.  Conveniently located close to fishing lakes.

Maggie's Musical Farm

Mike & Maggie bought this beautiful property 40 years ago. Their house, The Cracker Shack, is 100 plus years old and is the second generation home of the Gainer family who settled the Econfina area in the 1820's. It's made of heart pine and the fireplace was carved from the limestone in Econfina Creek.

Three outdoor showers with battery powered shower heads and fresh water filled rain barrel. We also offer heated showers with our immersion tank heater. 

We can’t get enough of the Hogtown Bayou sunsets. 

30A Bay Hideaway

Private, gated waterfront estate on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Close to the activities on 30A and the Gulf of Mexico (7 minutes) but secluded enough to feel like you have your own private piece of paradise with amazing sunset views. The bay is full of life: watch mullet jump, catch crabs, watch for dolphins and sting rays. If you enjoy fishing, try night fishing on the dock, too. Bay charters come to the waters around our dock on their excursions! If you bring a boat, Cessna Landing is just under 2 miles away with a very nice boat launch. Tie your boat to our dock for the duration of your visit. Boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, sunset watching, bicycling and campfires are a few things to enjoy while at the 30A Bay Hideaway. Sunset viewing deck, bay beach/dock, fire pit and an outdoor shower and sink with hot water and an outdoor mini-fridge are included in the listing. Owners are not onsite during rental periods and the property is limited to one RV site so you can be sure you will have the property all to yourself!

The property has been in my family since the early 1930s.

 the old homestead was my Great Grandparents,

it still standing and I currently under demo once complete we are building a small cabin

 The old barn is now where most of the birds roost. The Greasy Skillet is now a big chicken coop.

 during hurricane Michael a big tree uprooted and up-rooted the concrete slab with it.

 What is now my home was my grandparent's house.

 I renovated some of it and moved in after the loss of my grandma.

We are a WORKING FARM

You will see and hear all the farm sounds! You can pet the goats . You never know their might even be baby goat to hold and bottle feed. There are chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, quail and turkeys galore. We now have Peacocks!!! We also have 4 BIG PIG that love ear scratches. We offer farm tours!!! There are livestock guardian dogs that protect the farm. They sleep lots during the day and patrol at night so they bark lots at night...

We are a REAL WORKING FARM. You can join in on morning feeding or collet eggs. You can watch or help with morning milking! 

If you are real adventurous you can help around the farm!!!

You can pitch you tent in the pine forest or in the open area next to the ponds!

We make and sell homemade cheeses. Please check out our Farm Store !  

We are conveniently located off of I-10 and hwy 231.

 We have numerus Florida  State Parks within minutes of our location! 
Please DO NOT take Sapp Rd or Admiral Rd they do not go to the farm.

Enjoy a traditional camping experience with no water or electricity. Pitch your tent in our separate tent area. We have an outside kitchen for only tenters to use.  Bathhouses and laundry rooms are found in the front of the park and in the middle of the park.&nbsp;Heated Pool.

Play some mini golf on our 18 hole mini course.  How about a game of pool in the game room.  In the park or exploring the Milton area, there is plenty to do.

Campfires are allowed within local regulations.
