Mendocino Magic is a camping, fishing, wedding and outdoor events destination in inland Mendocino county, Northern California, just a few miles off Highway 101 in the heart of the Emerald Triangle. This unique sprawling 600-acre property is home to the largest privately-held reservoir in the North Coast region, perfect for swimming and catch & release fishing. We offer tent camping, RV & Car camping, luxe furnished tents, and cabins for your stay. 

Star gaze from the rolling hills of the Mendocino forest, kayak on our private Reservoir, and show off your BBQ skills with included campground amenities. 

Reserve your camp site early for the best availability. About half of our 2023 summer weekends are currently sold out.

- Access to Holland Reservoir, our private lake, for swimming, boating, and fishing. Kayaks are available at no charge. Bring your own life jackets if you need them.

- Miles of hiking and biking trails through mountainous hillsides and scenic valleys.

- Some of the best stargazing in Northern California with frequent meteor showers. 

- Camping supplies delivered to your camp site (for an additional charge), including cooler rentals, ice.

Mackenzie manages the campground with a team of incredible people. In a world increasingly connected in the digital sense, we invite you to come up and get back to your roots, and connect with people the old fashioned way.

After all the glorious and much needed rain (and admittedly a small dose of cabin fever), we're very excited for some sun and warm weather. The skies are blue, the lavender will be blooming soon and we're looking forward to seeing you!

In our ongoing effort to ensure the health of our guests and the farm, we're asking everyone to please continue to use the provided hand sanitizers when in the shared facilities and if you're not feeling well, we're happy to help you re-schedule your visit. Stay in one of our private, beautifully furnished platform tents and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views from your own front porch while you breath in the fragrant lavender scented air. 

Orr Hot Springs is just up the road or take a very special hike through a protected redwood forest at Montgomery Woods. Settle into the peaceful surroundings and see stars like you've never seen them before. Our fur babies will happily greet you with some dog kisses while we show you to your tent. Fresh, pure spring water is also provided at no charge. 

We're a working lavender farm and you're welcome to participate in whatever we're doing during your stay, just let us know.

Please plan on checking-in before 8pm, we work hard and really need our sleep. : )

Pura Vida Springs Ranch

 Over the past 6 years this raw land with only the Glen Eden trail going through it
Has been transformed into a working farm and ranch.  Spectacular views of Clearlake and Mt Knocti make coffee time watching the sunrise breathtaking. 



Jackrabbit Ranch

Once a remote cattle range and now a ranch and hermitage ranging from 900' to 2800' in elevation over 590 acres of glorious land, most of it untouched by human hands.  Wild windblown oak meadows, pine forests and wildflowers, mud and greenery in winter to a lovely dry golden bronze in summer with access to the North Fork of the Eel River if you have 4wd, AWD, horse or a quad of your own to ride.    Sites run from car access to 4wd and even quad access only, all of them rustic and primitive perfect for folks who really want a change from technology.  Phone service generally will *not* work on site.  Prepare to unplug.

Mandala Springs Wellness Center

Mandala Spring is an eco vegetarian, substance free, wellness sanctuary for the body mind and soul, and a supportive campground for all travelers. Since long ago, this sacred land has been a 'meeting place' and 'safe zone' for all local native tribes, and may be why it is protected so well by the spirits of the land. Mandala is committed to preserving this space as a sanctuary and gathering space for all to cultivate and nourish their practices.
