Studdert Family Farm

Our family farm is  located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma Valley. A total of 7 acres with 4 in Chardonnay grapes and 3 as our homestead and sheep farm. Come feed animals, gather eggs and use our place as a launching point for your wine country vacation.While riding her horse through the vineyards, a friend of ours noticed a "For Sale" sign.  Nice barn, lighted arena, hmmm...maybe my friends would like to move here.  One phone call and a risky escrow led to our dream property.  We've slowly made it our own and have found that growing roses, grapes, fruit trees, chickens and sheep are our specialty.  We've been "camping" here since 2002 and can't believe our luck.  With uninhibited views of the beautiful hillsides and a rural lifestyle, our farm makes us feel like Nature paints us a new painting every day.  The Chardonnay grapes are turned into wonderful Carneros wines by some of the areas best winemakers.

Pine Grove Cobb Resort

          The historic Pine Grove Cobb Resort offers a unique lodging and event location in the beautiful Northern California Mountains, 30 minutes from California’s wine country. Ideal for family reunions, group retreats and relaxing private getaways, we offer sleeping accommodations for up to 30 people and room for many more to camp, gather and celebrate.   

Commune with nature at Pine Grove Cobb Resort, nestled in 30 acres of the Northern California Mayacamas Mountain Range. Take a walk through the property, cool off in the year-round Cobb Creek or take a dip in the Mountain Spring water, non-chlorinated pool. Get ready to enjoy wood fired pizza and other delectable treats from our Cob Pizza Oven which is the perfect spot to enjoy a cozy evening with family and friends. 

The property also offers a large chlorinated swimming pool with diving board, water slide and kiddy pools.  In summer season a poolside grill serves up yummy food.  We have cabins, glamping and group tent camping available - as well as our Sanctuary Treehouse, a Hipcamp favorite.

Site #2 - Creekside. It was a dry winter so there was almost no water running down the "creek." This is probably the most private since no one else has to pass by to get to the bathroom or the parking lot/entrance.

Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm

Our farm is facing southeast towards the Barriessa Ridge and BLM land. 
We have vast open space and a swooping view for days! 
Beautiful sunrises and moonrises, and the cleanest air California! Stars so bright you will never forget them!

We are also a working permaculture farm with beautiful organic market gardens, free-range organic chickens, a young orchard, and interesting natural building projects in progress. We also cultivate and sell medicinal and culinary
herbs and herbal formulas, cannabis products if you are over 21 and amazing teas. You will be able to purchase farm-fresh produce and organic eggs!

Amenities include outdoor shower and bath (private forest setting), a shared outhouse and an outdoor community kitchen for you to use!  Campfires only allowed during the months when California's Burn Ban is not in place.  There is a shared refrigerator and a safe kitchen for you to set up your cooking stove.  ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES OR FLAMES IN THE CAMP GROUND AREA as we are very fire-prone during the summer months.

The Mesa has views for miles

Sandia was the original owner and mother medicine woman of the land who passed away in 1998 ♾💜 so as homage to her we call it Sandia Ranch. The Mesa portion of Sandra Ranch was used by the elders of Harbin to set people on there vision quest in the old days. After sitting with grandma out on the cliff a while ago talking about how this place needs to be shared once again.... so it was decided to open it up to you all in honor of the great spirit and of the tribe! ♾❤️Learn more about this land:Come pitch your tent or bring an RV. Your camp site is at the end of the road and very private. The main house is pretty much out of sight but close enough if you need anything. The views of the mountains, Jerusalem Valley and soda creek are amazing and endless!! Our ranch is nudest friendly and Harbin hot Springs is 20 minute drive from the Mesa. Your campsite has a cast iron tub for soaking day or night and an on demand hot water heater power shower when solar is not available. Water is piped to camp however we are an absolutely NO camp fire camp until further notice. Thank you for understanding ♾🙏 This is a ranch with many animals including four sweet but dirty dogs, a pony, goat, 4 ducks, 3 turkeys and a few chickens running around.... Although they all hang out by the main house for the most part you might be visited by the free rangers...especially if you dish out any petting be prepared to give some more 😂 If animals aren’t your thing just tell them to go home they understand that! Because of the high amount of animals here that are free range dogs are not allowed at this time sorry..... anyone under 18 must be under parental supervision at ALL times. The cliffs here are very dangerous and must be respected by all ages with a safe distance back of five to ten feet from the edge  at all times. The creek is not on the property itself but is not that far from here… it does dry up in summer months however there are great swimming spots a short drive from here on dirt roads and some hiking involved.
