There is room to hike and explore but campers must stay on our property as we are surrounded on three sides by Tejon Ranch land. Tejon ranch is the largest land owner in Kern county and covers 270,000 acres. On our fourth side to the east we have a wind mill park that supplies power to the grid. Our property is completely off the grid so be prepared to be self sufficient. There is plenty of water but no dump station. We do have a herd of wild horses that occasionally make their appearance on the ridge tops.
