DASH Airstream Bambi

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a new Airstream? We have a 2020 Bambi that we have a darling set up for. This is wonderful backyard glamping at the base of Las Trampas and a just a few blocks away from the Iron Horse Trail. We are 6 miles from Mt Diablo State Park. 13 miles from UC Berkeley and 23 miles from San Francisco. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We even have a Starbucks and Peet's coffee (0.4 mi away).

Once an asparagus farm for Heinz, the property was left neglected for over 25 years.
 They started to convert the land to a lavender farm when they realized that there was more that they should do to enjoy their journey, hence; they incorporated the camping to share this beautiful location with others. From majestic sunrises to magnificent sunsets, The Meadows offers not only a calm and relaxing atmosphere gained from the Lavenders growing, but also provides a central location to all of the California River Delta venues and experiences. From local wine tasting to boating, fishing or just enjoying the nearby collectic towns, The Meadows....along with Michael and Terri....offer the best of the region.

Come watch us grow... camp on a working farm that includes honey bees, 11 chickens, 6 alpacas. 
 Bring your tent, trailer, or motor home to enjoy the heart of the California river delta. Each campsite is extra large for privacy and room to spread out. Dog-friendly.

As the only camper, you will have privacy with up to one other camper on the pad (located on clay tiles). This land is part of a working farm. If you're interested in a tour of the farm, the owners can give you a tour of their almond, tomato, and hay ground upon request. Also, you can arrange a visit through the owners to visit the cows at their cow pasture or gather farm fresh eggs at the chicken coop. There is a lot to do outside the farm as well. You can take a hike to Mt. Diablo, go wine-tasting at the Lodi wineries, fish along the Delta waterway, bike along the countryside, go off roading (OHV) at Carnegie SVRA and much more (just ask!). We allow well trained dogs on site. Also, we have access to potable water upon request.
