Fishers Pond at the Tree House was built as a tree house for my son. There is wildlife to view: cranes on the pond, squirrels, deer out the windows. I have seen as many as 6 at one time. Catfishing is great. We have pulled fish as big as 10 lbs. I have trails cut through the woods on my 10 acres for short nature walks

This was previously the largest motocross park in Arkansas and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to transform it into a major outdoor adventure park and event center for Hot Spring County where participants can be hosted on the grounds using our lodging.
Currently, we offer RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups, centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms.

Restored claw-foot tub and new stainless appliances-a GE stove, Microwave, refrigerator, and LG washer and dryer. Two large loft areas are perfect for storage. A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants. Mark's land is excellent, and Mark was an incredibly supportive host when I landed there with a broken down vehicle. He gave me a ride into town and gave me ice from his personal freezer for my cooler. I love the communal area on the property - I made some friends the first night. The lighting at night and the pond are wonderful, and the bathroom is well-stocked and well-kept. Every time I needed something, Mark was very responsive. The bird sounds in the morning are absolutely wonderful, and I enjoyed wandering around the property <3

11/10. I loved my stay here. The hosts were amazing. Just genuine, kind people. I’m not much of a people person, but I can honestly say I enjoyed every conversation I had with them. Jen even helped me when I got a flat tire. I felt safe at all times which is huge as a solo traveler. The land itself is beautiful. Tons of animals. The sky at night is so clear and you can see all the stars. It’s only an hour drive from Hot Springs National Park which is super cool. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I got in after dark and contacted Mark to lead me in. Don't hesitate if you need help. He responded promptly and was welcoming. Very private, quiet and lovely piece of property. Pond, lights, nice gathering spots with seating and fire pits. Heated bathroom and shower!!! Very nice for cold weather campers. Would visit again if I pass this way in the future. Beautiful place from what I could see of it! I came in at night and left in the dark so a super quick trip, but it was a convenient location to the highway. It was a bit challenging to find the address - I drove by a couple of times. And I wasn’t entirely sure where the site was from the instructions or map, but if I had come in the daylight, it would’ve been obvious. Mark was great and communicative so I was super appreciative of that!
Bathroom was great. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. For my one quick overnight, it was great and I have no doubt it would be awesome for a longer stay!!

Very friendly personable and best of all kind, Christian and patriots! The place is gorgeous, easy to access, great directions, but far far out to unwind and unplug from technology. They do have wifi but I'd ask early because messages may not go through easily depending on your carrier. Cool thing is satellite messaging is free with the top tier verizon plan... anywho, they have roosters and chickens and what can you expect it is a cute farm so dont miss a chance to visit this incredible place!
