Restored claw-foot tub and new stainless appliances-a GE stove, Microwave, refrigerator, and LG washer and dryer. Two large loft areas are perfect for storage. A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants. Weekend Trip to Pinnacle Bus Stop~ Blue Bungalow
A quick weekend trip to Little Rock was fantastic; the Pinnacle Bus was a real highlight. Quick and easy find, located a short ride into town. The bus was cozy, clean and set up with all the extras (fire pit was a favorite!). We loved staying here, big reccommendations!

Clean RV and beautiful RV park. The RV park had a bathhouse, showers, toilets, washer, dryer games to borrow. The neighborhood had everything you needed and Hot Springs National Park only 15 minutes away. Josh and Stacey were quick to respond and very courteous. Based on their hospitality and cleanliness I give them 5 gold stars! Thank you for sharing your RV with my family. My Dad now wants to purchase a recliner with the heating and massaging features as the two in your RV. It was perfect after a long drive.

5 nights at Pinnacle Bus Stop~ Blue Bungalow
The location was very close to Pinacle Mountain, river access, and town amenities. My college-age daughter and I found everything we needed in the bus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. We loved the charm of the bus and it made for the perfect get away for college spring break.
