Welcome to our newly launched 101 acre RV park in Malvern, Arkansas - a beautiful and affordable landscape to stay as we begin a new chapter on this unique 101-acre property.
This was previously the largest motocross park in Arkansas and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to transform it into a major outdoor adventure park and event center for Hot Spring County where participants can be hosted on the grounds using our lodging.
Currently, we offer RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups, centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms.
We have hiking trails along our three natural creeks that are fed year round by natural springs on the property. We have rolling hills with stunning views. Once the three creeks merge you can take a dip in the larger creek it forms with cool, clear water.

Camp beside a private spring‑fed pond on a historic 1800s sawmill homestead overlooking the lowlands of the Little Missouri River. This land was chosen for its natural springs — still flowing today — that once powered the mill, filled the concrete water troughs, and fed the ponds below. Stay where Arkansas was being built, surrounded by quiet pasture, friendly goats, and the timeless beauty of a working hilltop homestead.
Ranch & Retreat sits on a rare piece of Arkansas history. In the late 1800s, when this region was first being settled, the property was chosen as the site of a working sawmill. The hilltop offered a natural overlook of the lowlands near the Little Missouri River, where timber was harvested and milled for the surrounding towns.
The land was selected for one reason above all: water.
Natural springs flow from the hillside, feeding the mill, the homestead, and the ponds below. The original concrete water troughs still fill and overflow today — a living reminder of how early Arkansans used the land to survive and build.
Before I‑30 cut through the area, the gravel road leading to the property was once Highway 67, the main route through this part of the state. Travelers, timber workers, and early settlers passed right by this homestead as Arkansas grew around it.

We all love the peace and tranquility this beautiful Land offers. Come and enjoy what we love so much. Relax at the pond while fishing, or sit back and watch the wildlife. Have a chat with the Farmer who has his kettle there. Meet Jill and Jack the Donkeys that life there, you will hear them if you don't see them right away. It is a place to unwind and relax. There are two places you can park your self contained Camper. Right next to the green house or across the road down at the pasture. There is a little Deck with a Table. Whatever you decide, please leave nothing behind, collect your trash, pick up after your dog. The next guest wants to enjoy the place as well.

Joshua was a great host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. This park is new and there is so much potential. The bathrooms were clean and the water was hot. It was peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed my stay, I would stay again if I’m ever that way.
It was a little hard to find, no signs yet.
