A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants. I got in after dark and contacted Mark to lead me in. Don't hesitate if you need help. He responded promptly and was welcoming. Very private, quiet and lovely piece of property. Pond, lights, nice gathering spots with seating and fire pits. Heated bathroom and shower!!! Very nice for cold weather campers. Would visit again if I pass this way in the future. Beautiful place from what I could see of it! I came in at night and left in the dark so a super quick trip, but it was a convenient location to the highway. It was a bit challenging to find the address - I drove by a couple of times. And I wasn’t entirely sure where the site was from the instructions or map, but if I had come in the daylight, it would’ve been obvious. Mark was great and communicative so I was super appreciative of that!
Bathroom was great. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. For my one quick overnight, it was great and I have no doubt it would be awesome for a longer stay!!

Absolutely loved the overall vibe and comfort from staying at this traditional cabin. Getting to be near the cows while going on a peaceful walk around the pond was a joy. My family and I enjoyed our stay and Indian Lakes. The staff was friendly and really diligent with coming for trash and taking care of the facilities. Our campground was away from other sites and a little more secluded which we enjoyed. The site was all gravel which was not as ideal for our 19-month-old, so I might consider a different site if bringing a toddler. We had a good time overall!

Indian Lake’s is a great place if you’re for a family friendly get away for the weekend. They have plenty of tent camping sites and a cool spot for swimming with a giant slide. I would recommend this for any family that’s wanting a safe spot to camp out.

The site is huge and beautiful. They have a set up on the pond where people swim and everyone I interacted with was super nice. There was some pretty loud music coming from somewhere nearby but I don't think it was the grounds itself. There are rules about cursing, drinking, smoking etc and the place definitely had bible camp energy, didn't bother me at all but definitely good to know before booking. The bathrooms were pretty far from my campsite but well taken care of. Overall the property is lovely and Arkansas is a gem.

Mark is very friendly and his property is large and beautiful and very green. It is quiet with many trees and many wild birds flying around. He’s got little night lights that are magical. I loved my stay there and would definitely recommend it
