1 acre that is beautifully landscaped near the mountains lakes and Grand Canyon. 

You may park an RV, pitch a tent or use a tiny cabin. We have a pool, fire pit and outdoor cooking area.

Charming town of Meadview 8 mi east. Close to Grand Canyon West. Surrounded by the largest Joshua Tree Forest in the world. Family and dog friendly. Tranquil and serene. 

Perfect for a fun, relaxing family getaway. Incredible mountain and Grand Canyon views. Lake Mead and Colorado River minutes away!

It's nice to be able to make things while on vacation instead of eating out.

The kitchen has all you need to cook pretty much anything. 

The smaller of the two bedrooms. Each had a nice view out the back and comfy beds. 

The larger master bedroom. Michelle left gifts on each bed. Again lots of heating and cooling options in the bedrooms. 

A little basket with treats including cookies, popcorn, oatmeal and teas. 

The living room, with sectional, fireplace, TV, and lots of little amenities. There was plenty of heating and cooling options for the house as well.

The bathroom, small but fully functional and with a nice shower.

B&B Family Ranch Camp

We are off the grid secluded quiet elevation 4200 feet. We have water bathroom and shower facility. We have five cabins on the property and sites to pitch mountains and rolling Hills with 20 foot tall Joshua trees, beautiful sunset.

Desert Style Living

Open flat land with some desert plants and cactus. Open fire pits with picnic tables for fun camping. Large pull thru spaces for a more open feeling. Close to BLM Land to ride your razors, or go to an open area to do some target shooting with your guns.  Mountains to your reach, many gold mines to explore. 6 miles from Kingman or 20 miles to Laughlin Nv.  20 minutes to Oatman, an old gold mining town with wild donkey that roam the town. 2 miles to gas or convince stores. We are located in Golden Valley, a small recreation area for RVers and campers. Enjoy the flickering lights at night of Golden Valley, and look up to millions of stars. This place is a hidden secret to be explored!Learn more about this land:Stay on a beautiful two&nbsp;acre on our property.  We will soon be putting septic and water on property you can run your quiet generators.  Land is next to BLM land so the use of razors  has 100s of acres of open land to ride on. Mountain views all around. Easy access in and out. Gun shooting area to practice at.  Lots of Jack rabbits ,cotton tails, coyotes and cows. Close to shopping and gas approximately 2 miles from property.  Closest neighbors are not too far away.

The Broken Arrow Camper

This isn't your grandparents camper!!&nbsp;

My wife and I moved out to the Arizona Desert in December 2020 from New York City after owning a vintage shop in NYC and working in the event and entertainment industry for 20 years, with the dream of opening up a cool desert retreat and here we are!

Sorry NO Dogs or Cats allowed, the cactus are too dangerous for our furry friends and some people are allergic. 

Our Camper/Tiny House is fully restored!

Located on a Semi Private fenced in acre adjacent to our main property.

Nestled between Joshua Trees,&nbsp;there is outdoor sofa area, a covered deck with dining table, and propane fire ring. 

*Propane is provided and Mohave County does not allow open wood burning! 

We have an instruction guide which provides all the instructions for a great stay, including using the hot water, and propane fire ring.

The camper is connected to electricity, has air conditioning and heat and has starlink WiFi, which was our only option for decent wifi. 

It is stocked with 35 gallons of fresh water and a 5 gallon hot water tank. 

Refilled daily on stays over 1 night.

The bathroom has a Toilet, Sink and Shower, towels and body wash.

The mini kitchen has dishes, mugs, toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle and French press but we no longer provide coffee or a stove/oven

The groceries and food are limited to a few small stores, please use google to check out what's available! 

We are located directly off the main road Pierce Ferry, 4WD not necessary!
&nbsp;This area is great for hiking! We are less then 20 mins from the  densest Joshua Tree Forest in the world and 50 mins to the entrance of the Grand Canyon West rim. 
The Gateway to The Grand Canyon West Rim and Skywalk. Just past the Grand Canyon is Lake Mead South Cove and the Colorado River.  
Potential for noise~ Coyotes & dogs barking.
We are:
 1 hour to McCarren airport In Las Vegas. 
1/2 hour to Willow Beach marina 
5 hours from Los Angeles 
3 hours to Zion
3 hours to Phoenix 
3 hours to Grand Canyon National Park.

On arrival:
Please keep the main gate CLOSED and locked. 
The cattle will get in they are hard to remove and have large poop!

Area is mostly sand and some rocks. Still working on property. We are about 30 min from Laughlin NV with casino's and the Colorado river. I am not on-site but will answer questions as best i can. Burro dr is a non maintained road and can be a bit rough. Small cars and large rigs should be careful
