My mother bought the land in 1959 as a wedding present for my father.  She bought it sight unseen and has never seen the property.  I moved out west and decided to go find it.  I found it and fell in love with it.  I scooped some dirt and sent it back east to my mother and told her she can't say she never saw the land now.  I have since bought the property.  I plan to develop it one day but want to enjoy the pure raw state it is in now.  Pure nature.  At rush hour time of the day you can stand on the land and hear the ringing in your ears and an occasional wild burro off in the distance.  It is so peaceful and the skies at night are breathtaking.  Millions of stars.Learn more about this land:Come park right on the property.  Pitch your tent, break out your grill or dig a fire pit.  Plenty of stones around to line the pit.  This is completely roughing it.   Wide open spaces close to the foot of the Black Mountains.  Trails and caves to explore in the mountains.  Beautiful mountain view with excellent stargazing opportunities at night.  This property is approximately 10 miles off the main road and approximately 20 minutes one side of Laughlin Nevada casinos and gaming and 20 minutes the other direction to Kingman Arizona with grocery and convenience stores, truck stop, post office and more.Access to land is a little rough.  Some roads are dirt roads and have washes crossing them.  SUV at minimum is suggested to transverse roads to the land.

White feather ranch

The white feather Ranch is a permaculture Food Forest and garden volunteers from across the country to stay and work here for there rent people here are always Pleasant helpful and informative I love this place I've had it for 12 years I'm Native American I'm in the music business and I love gardening everything here is an experiment including new friendships so come and enjoy the desert like I do and bring your camera you might see a UFO or two true story.Learn more about this land:You pull into the long driveway and you meet the owner she'll direct you to a spot for you to park at depending on the amount of privacy you would like. You're welcome to make your own fire pit, get comfortable and watch the sunset in a desert atmosphere. Bring your camera, you may get a glimpse of a UFO - they are frequent here. This is bare desert other than the owners home and distant neighbor.We just built an outdoor shower fully enclosed but open roof... 4 claw bathtub and separate shower head with instant hot water unit please come and enjoy taking a shower under the stars.Please alert the host on the size of your tent so that we can accommodate you in the correct camping spot.

Desert Style Living

Open flat land with some desert plants and cactus. Open fire pits with picnic tables for fun camping. Large pull thru spaces for a more open feeling. Close to BLM Land to ride your razors, or go to an open area to do some target shooting with your guns.  Mountains to your reach, many gold mines to explore. 6 miles from Kingman or 20 miles to Laughlin Nv.  20 minutes to Oatman, an old gold mining town with wild donkey that roam the town. 2 miles to gas or convince stores. We are located in Golden Valley, a small recreation area for RVers and campers. Enjoy the flickering lights at night of Golden Valley, and look up to millions of stars. This place is a hidden secret to be explored!Learn more about this land:Stay on a beautiful two acre on our property.  We will soon be putting septic and water on property you can run your quiet generators.  Land is next to BLM land so the use of razors  has 100s of acres of open land to ride on. Mountain views all around. Easy access in and out. Gun shooting area to practice at.  Lots of Jack rabbits ,cotton tails, coyotes and cows. Close to shopping and gas approximately 2 miles from property.  Closest neighbors are not too far away.

Soho Farm

Welcome to Soho farm we are located 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon Skywalk.  We sit in a valley surrounded by farms, mountians, free range cattle, wild birds, coyotes, snakes, and very rare mountian lion sighting.  If you like to star gaze we have dark star filled nights.  We have a communal area where people can sit inside by the wood burning stove and relax or sit out on the front porch and enjoy the scenery there's a fenced yard for your animals.  We are a work in progress planning to offer more in the future for now we do offer fresh eggs from our chickens just enough for breakfast or take some with you.Learn more about this land:We are located on 36 acres in a valley surrounded by mountains, farms and free range cattle 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon Skywalk 25 mins north off I-40 Kingman.  Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and set over the mountians and at night enjoy dark star filled skies.
