Our place is located on one of the most beautiful secluded properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. Our orchard offers seclusion and privacy to ensure you have the best experience possible. We designed our homes to have a modern cabin type looks with a stylish open concept interiors. Stargazing is also amazing here in the crystal clear night sky! You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off the deck! This is a perfect central location for people who are wanting to visit both parks and other places in Southern Utah! Enjoy a propane grill on the porch as well as a private fire pit on the lawn.  Powered by Solar energy. Large windows throughout for natural lighting during the day with a constant view of the mountains and fields from every window!We would love to have you stay with us and will do whatever is necessary to ensure that you have the best possible experience here at Apple Hollow!

The campsite has five fully operational bathrooms equipped with running water, hot showers, and flush toilets. Basic toiletries are provided for your convenience. There is a common kitchen area where you'll find a fridge, microwave and propane grills. 

Every morning, our host expertly prepares a delectable breakfast consisting of steaming cups of coffee and mouthwatering pancakes, ensuring that all guests can savor a delightful start to their day.

In the evening, the host creates a spacious campfire that invites all guests to gather together and forge connections. It's an opportunity to engage with fellow campers, share captivating tales, and indulge in the delightful combination of s'mores.

Make sure not to overlook our highly sought-after array of activities, including exhilarating side by side tours, captivating guided hikes, memorable horseback rides, scenic wagon rides, creative paint and wine sessions, and rejuvenating yoga classes!​

Desert River Camp

Located 5 minutes from the Kanab, Utah border in Fredonia, Arizona just 1 block off Hwy 89A.  This RV site is located on a small ranch near a few friendly horses in a corral.  

This is a great spot because it's centrally located to all the national parks including Zion National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and lots of amazing places to explore and hike.

Includes water tap with great drinking water, porta potty, picnic table and trash bin provided.  

NO SHOWER UNTIL JUNE 2023 DUE TO FREEZING LINES IN THE HOT WATER HEATER.

Sorry, no fires due to the dry timber in the area.

Water at the site and at the horse corrals. Set up a cowgirl shower and you are all set.

Welcome to our lovely home! We have a special place that we're sure you'll adore just as much as we do. Our property is located within the Zion National Park corridor, and you'll have the opportunity to meet our two friendly animals, Bukko the horse and Maybelline the pony, during your stay. 
Our elevated glamping experience offers a range of amenities, including a pool, spa, and on-site dining and socializing at The Social Virgin Bar'N. If you're in the mood for exploring, you can find restaurants, pickleball courts, and even horseback riding tours nearby.
By booking with us, you can rest assured that everything will be right. After a long hike, take some time to unwind on the property and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
We have 3 glamping tents available and one airstream. The airstream has heat and A/C. 1 of our glamping tents and the airstream has a private bathroom, the other 2 glamping tents share a bathroom facility with a full shower and flushing toilets.

This property has a beautiful wash running through it which is a natural path way for meditation. Beyond the Fence Sanctuary

Living in this beautiful town on this breathtaking property nestled between 3 national parks and infinite public land and sharing it with awesome people like you...........! I’m living my dream.   After stumbling into Kanab 5 years ago (en route to Montana) I noticed immediately my soul was home. This place embraced me in a way I cannot describe in words. Two years ago I sold everything, this property came up for sale.  My requirements for were as follows: several acres for my horse friends, hiking trails from the back door, a kick butt view, few neighbors, a resident bird of prey (we have a bald eagle and a Kestrel!), and a really unique place to live in (we live in the loft attached to the garage).  This place had it all. After getting a message from a roadrunner (seriously) I went to the real estate office and bought the place. We made renovations to the house (and of course we are always working on renovations!  A few months later we had our first guest.  Learn more about this land:Wake up to coffee on the patio, the sound of horses milling about, and the brilliant Vermillion cliffs.  Watch while the local ravens, peregrine falcons, red tail hawks, and other wild life provide the morning entertainment.  Take a walk down the path into the Pinon-Juniper Forest and find native pottery scattered about (please leave it where it lies!) remnants of our native ancestors that once occupied this sacred land of red dirt. We are a private 3 acre horse rescue & people sanctuary.  Two local trailheads roughly a miles walk from the backdoor, or you can walk down the dirt path out back and find your own trail. We are committed to being as organic and sustainable as possible.  At our place you will find organic bathing and cleaning products, organic sheets and pillows, we even have two cotton and wool beds for you (free of chemicals!). We also make our own essential oils and body products from our local plants! You'll get a chance to try them out during your stay.(Three bedrooms, two bathrooms.  Two queens and one double room) Sleeps five max
