Cypress Landing RV Park is a family-oriented, locally-owned RV park that sits on the shores of beautiful Gantt Lake in South Alabama. The lake is approximately 2,700 acres in size with 21 miles of shoreline. We had such an amazing stay! The property is so beautiful. We loved walking around the garden, sitting by the fire and grilling. They had a bunch of fresh herbs and fruits. The blue berries were my favorite. There is an outdoor shower and port a potty to use both very clean. We really loved the outdoor shower. We came to this area to visit the natural springs nearby. We went to Morrison and Ponce de Leon and they were beautiful and very close by. There is so much to do in the area making this a great spot. The owners are so so kind and welcoming. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the spot.

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise
We had the most amazing weekend! The entire set up was breathtaking and very romantic! The gardens and plants were beautiful and my absolute favorite part along with the outdoor shower because long hot showers were wanted at the end of our day.
We spent the full day Saturday with rented e-bikes tours Florida Caverns State Park and sightseeing the caverns.
Very impressed the hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed and left nothing to run and get, we will definitely book again!

We loved our stay in the yurt! It was so cozy and had everything we needed from first aid kit, to snacks, and fire wood. Our dogs probably has the best time of all of us exploring the property and finding the creek. We rented a canoe and floated the river 30 minutes away (Cypress Springs) which I strongly recommend! Dollar general and the local market was just a 2 minute drive for any necessities but the campsite is tucked off away from the road.

Me and my girlfriend LOVED this place. Still had outdoorsy camping vibes with a cozy bed. Had an outdoor kitchen for cooking and had all the necessities for a charcoal grill and a camp fire. All the lights added an amazing touch as well along with the bottle of wine and the glasses. Amazing presentation and we had an amazing time. 100% Recommend.

we loved our stay at this cozy, comfortable, well equipped camp site! it was the perfect blend of comfortable amenities and an outdoor camping experience. the beautiful wooded environment was so peaceful despite being fairly close to a road. we spent our time relaxing by the firepit all day or exploring the surrounding areas. Ronald and Pat are a wonderful couple who created a special spot, super cozy and equipped, under the amazing high pines.
We spend 2 nights with our baby and had a relax quiet family time. First time in nature for our trip and loved it! The garden is slowly developing in to a jewel between the forests trees. The gas heater did the work, we had nice and warm inside the tent.

Our stay endured chilly nights, warm days, and a quick downpour - no worries here with the fireplace, A/C and fan, and thick tent. The lights outside were so cozy at night and we enjoyed looking at all the plants. Host was communicative and quick to respond to app messages during our stay. This was the best campsite that I've ever been to. The campground is beautiful and secluded. The interior of the tent is super cozy, I slept better there than in my own bed at home! The owners put so much thought and consideration into amenities that make the stay so much nicer. The kitchenette is a super nice addition, with multiple cooking utensils for use with the charcoal grill. Not to mention the owners themselves were super kind and accommodating.

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise
This place is so beautiful, especially at night when all the lights came on. The photos look great, but it is 10x better in person. There were many little things that made the experience nicer, too. There are k-cup coffees, tea, and many things that helped make it memorable (like bbq tongs and mits and a refrigerator!). The air conditioning in combination with the powerful fan kept the tent comfortable in the afternoon and that, along with the plush bed covers, made sleeping awesome. The noise from the fan drowns out any nature noises, too. My one suggestion would be to have a light in the toilet building. The lantern was okay to carry along, but it would be nicer if it had a light. Will definitely camp here again. Maybe later in the Fall. Oh, a word to other campers.... bring OFF because there are some mosquitoes, just like everywhere in Florida.
