Curtis Gulch Campground

6 sites · RV, Tent
Four miles into the Medicine Bow National Forest, and 6,600 feet above sea level, there’s a small and cozy little campground along La Bonte Creek. Oh, and it’s inside of a canyon, too. This magical place is called Curtis Gulch Campground. While there’s tons of outdoor fun to be had, rock climbers in particular should check this spot out. If you’ve ever heard about climbing at Vedauwoo (or if you’ve climbed there), you’ll be intrigued to know that many climbers consider Curtis Gulch to be the best crack and slab spot on the Northern Laramie Range.
