Camp in a little piece of history nestled alongside the Suiattle River, among surrounding old-growth forests and mountain peaks.

This log cabin is a one bedroom that contains one full-sized bed, a table, two benches, one futon (couch/bed), two chairs, a propane refrigerator, stove, hot water heater, and a wood stove (firewood available outside). Bathrooms? You betcha! A bathroom with a flush toilet is located at the back of the guard station, and there’s also an outhouse 20 feet from the building (for those who desire a little more privacy). The water source is a spring that runs into a small collection box, just make sure to boil or filter if you’re thirstin’ for a taste! There’s also room for two to four tents and/or RVs on the property. So that party of four could potentially triple! And trust us, you’ll want to bring your friends (pets are allowed too!) to see this place. History highlight: The Suiattle Guard Station was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, and is one of the two oldest buildings in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

PSA: Please use google maps, any other locater app will lead you astray. On a better note, This property is a Native American homestead. We are located in Marblemount, WA along the Cascade river. Every site we have you can hear the river and walk to in less that 5 minutes. There is an amazing rocky beach along the river with the view of mountains all around. We are located 4 minutes from the town of Marblemount were there is 2 gas stations with some food and drink items, propane and a small hardware section year round. Marblemount has 3 restaurants open in the summer. The town also a post office. We are 15 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and an entrance to the Pacific Crest Trail. We offer fire wood ($5.00 a bundle), propane fire pits ($10.00 a night, please request ahead via messaging to Heather ) and in season vegetables (price varies depending). You can pay cash or Venmo on site. Please be aware that we have a Firework show for the 4th of July. We really appreciate your interest in our small homestead.

Welcome to The Landing at Index - located on the South Fork Skykomish River, in the western foothills of the Cascade Mountains, off of Highway 2. With 16 acres of beautiful, private woods and breathtaking views of Mt. Index, this is a wonderful getaway to kick back and relax after your day of adventures, or just to escape the city rush. The campsites are at the bottom of a long logging road so an SUV or AWD vehicle are preferable , especially during the wetter seasons. When the property was logged approximately 100 years ago they scooped out gravel from the river to make their roads in the area thus creating the back eddy pool along the beach. A rather peaceful setting, including the rushing sound of the river and the occasional whistle of a train. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after you stay at The Landing. Pets are welcome, there are outhouses at each campsite. Campfires are allowed (when burn bans are not in place).

Welcome to Lil Bit O' Heaven Camping! Here you will find beautiful and unique places to camp right on the Cascade River, approximately 3 minutes outside of Marblemount, WA. We are right next to the Marblemount Boat Launch and within an easy walk into town if you want to visit the local restaurants or need camping gear. Our property has five tent campsites on the river as well as a 26' glamping dome (previously used for artic research) completely painted with a galaxy of the night sky. A converted antique hay trailer turned tiny house with an 8' ceiling loft with 3-way views of the forest and river, deck, and private "magic spot" on the Cascade River. The Lil Bit O Heaven Campground is the perfect base camp for your summer adventure! Firewood is available onsite most of the summer. Fresh, clean drinking water, permanent bathrooms and a private shower are available for all campers. An outdoor (completely private) shower is available for those who book the tiny house. Please note that you must follow any local fire bans. Please check the fire conditions PRIOR to making a campfire. Please note that there are areas where you can get directly to the side of the Cascade River, and the river is swift and dangerous! Life is better at the lake! Welcome to our little corner of joy! We have 3.2 wooded acres that lead down to our dock on the lake. There are trails throughout the property and close to lots of other hiking options in the Pacific Northwest. We are very close to Snoqualmie Falls, Cherry Creek Trailhead, Moss Lake, and more. The camping area is accessible from a private entrance. There is an open area for camping that is secluded from the main house. Frequently, we have wildlife wander through the property. Mostly, we have deer but bears and cougars have been known to wander through. Food must be stored appropriately. We are just getting started with Hipcamp and welcome constructive feedback.

End of the road. Start of an epic camping weekend. River to the side, Cascade foothill surround. Each site has river access except for lookers left which is not accessible due to the steep grade. All the siteshave nice sand for kids to play in. Close to the north cascades. Minutes from live music, bars and quality mexican restaurant. Rails to trail for bikes and walking. Tward the end of july the river starts to recede opening up more possibilities of having interaction with the river. That being said its crucial you keep an eye out on your kids. We had a guy out here who almost killed his kids multiple times underestimating the current. Watch out!!Kinda going for the peaceful, listen to the river and birds, vibe. Would rather there be no music and if there is then super low and off by 7. Sauna available after 3pm

There are many old growth stumps dotted around the property; many acting as "nurse or Mother logs" to new growth. We have been here for 30 years & have select logged keeping the integrity of the property in tact. These trees know they are loved and honored. They are happy & it shows. You feel the vibe a soon as you drive up. Since then we have blazed trails & carved out campsites & campgrounds throughout. All of them resembling nature's little carved out "rooms." We have enjoyed this property for these past 33 years. We have shared it with family & friends time & time again. There is so much love & positive energy breathing within these boundaries. I have been very fortunate to have been able to share this place. Now, thanks to Hipcamp, I can share it with you & your family & friends. Come experience this amazing Off Grid riverside enclave! Situated along the banks of the Tye River, this is the closest location to Steven’s Pass mountain and all the popular sites the scenic corridor has to offer! 6min from Steven’s Pass Resort, 1min to Scenic Hot Springs, 2min to Deception Falls, 2min walk from Iron Goat Trailhead and Cat skiing pickup! Just 45min from Leavenworth as well! Guests have the option to add on the Sauna package and enjoy our wood fired river view barrel sauna! No better feeling than to take a cold plunge in the river after a sauna:) All tent sites are riverside and feature mostly level tentpads and riverside fire pits! Some with room for multiple tents. While sites are close in proximity, the sound of the river over powers most normal conversations just a few feet away and each site has a great stretch of river heaven! Sites 1-3 are closer in proximity to each other than 4-6. Sites 1-3 feature privacy screening separating the sites. Drive in vehicle camping sites feature river views but are perched higher on the bank and while not directly riverside, are just feet away from the river! The property has communal river access points near the hot tub! All campers have access to our communal kitchen area as well featuring propane grill! Please bring your own cookware. Restroom facilities are well maintained portable toilets.
