Bring your tent and your camera for a picturesque adventure at June Lake Campground. Situated on the aspen shaded shores of June Lake, this campground offers both electric and nonelectric sites all with that classic Sierra feel. Water, restrooms are nearby and each site comes with a bear box for locking up your tasty camp treats. Yogi does not appreciate s’mores in the same way! With the town of June Lake within walking distance you can take a stroll into town or discover all the lake has to offer just steps from your tent flap.

The vibe at June Lake Campground
Drop some June Lake Campground knowledge on us.
First Come First Served. The sites fill up quick in the summer so get there early. Some sites are secluded but some are right next to each other. There is a lot of shade for most sites. There is access to June Lake from the campground but the actual swimming area is on the opposite side of the lake. Bathrooms are SUPER clean with running water in the sinks and toilets; toilet paper always full stocked. Very little bugs if at all (camped Aug 19-22nd 2016) although there are a few yellow jacket bees so be careful. Camp site is next to June Lake community gift shops, brewery and diner. When first arriving at June Lake there is a gas station and general store that has all the essentials (bug spray, firewood, ice, etc). Loved it here!
