Nice private site along the River bank. The host was fantastic and very attentive. Perfect campsite for getting away from it all.

They have done a fantastic job setting this place up! I loved the lights at night, hottub was a must, clean porta-potties, Hand washing station, proximity to the river, feeding a baby calf (Sue!). We fell asleep to two owls, woke up to countless song birds and watched two eagles flying back and forth. The host is amazing. We will book again!
Pay attention to the signs (we took a wrong turn), we got our teardrop in a lil quagmire. Wern't no thang, but don't do what we did.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was quiet and clean. James was a super host! Friendly and helpful. The river is such a pretty spot to just relax listen to river, the birds. We will defiantly be back.
We had site 3 we liked how are coach door just opened up to the view of the river.

Stayed on #6 with a 21 foot camper van. Great view of the river. Stayed for 2 nights with friends on the nearby campsites 5,7 and 8. It was a blast as we had our fellowships sharing food, stories and jumping on the freezing river then warming up on the hot tubs. It was a memorable experience. Owners were very accommodating!

Molalla Ripple, on top of our minds to camp. We stayed in Site 7 in pictures. Our entire group occupied sites 5 to 8 and got re-shuffled. It was a good amount of space for 2 RVs 4 vehicles 3 inflatable tents and 1 small tent. It was so fun how we converted Jim’s wonderful property to be our small neighborhood - our size got a little bigger this time. Jim has always been a star host, with very quick response and helpful in all our questions and needs. Ordered the hot tub at a short notice and got it few minutes later. He has been around checking and available with his cart. Got two porta potties near our spots. One near 7th and 8th and the other one closer to site 5. Such continuous development and maintenance in the place that we continue to enjoy and love! Yup, we plunged one more time to the cold waters of the Molalla river, the water was high while we’re able to resist the current. Numbing yet a thrilling experience, relaxing as we dip in the hot tub! As always, we could not highly recommend this place - the closest riverside camping and sure we will come back for as long as it stays open to accommodate us. And birds are still singing to wake us up in the morning. Thanks and thanks again!

Beautiful spot! Greeted by the cows at the entrance. Easy to access the restroom and shower, has a common patio to make your meals on your electric stove or just hang with friends by the small stream. Easy communication!

Easy check in. Beautiful site by the river. Great view of the night sky. Host was welcoming and helpful. Site had a fire pit and was close to potable water, portable restrooms, and showers. Campsites feel private and are spaced very well from others.

A sweet, peaceful spot! The bathrooms and the sites were clean. There were pretty strong lights that came on at night and our host was welcoming and attentive! Will definitely come again!

The directions to the site were very clear and James was very kind and helpful with everything. He checked in before he left the property to see if we needed anything which was very kind. The site was really awesome as we very easy access to bathrooms. The site was the furthest away from other campers so we never heard anyone else. The directions to the site were very easy to follow. Overall I had an amazing time here and would like to camp here again.

The area was really nice and clean, right next to the Molalla River! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the water. James was such a kind host, he even brought more firewood to our site when we were running low. The campsite is on the smaller side, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

We had a 5 star experience tent camping at Jim's! It was clean, peaceful next to the river and we felt safe to have our five year olds roam around a bit. We did life vest them as the river was moving quite fast. We are excited to go back and camp here again! It's also close to a 24hr market. The cows on the way in were great and I was glad the farm was separate from the camping area and upwind. Jim was also friendly and helpful and made us feel safe.

The site was great and the people were friendly, I really loved going down to see the animals on the property and the river was beautiful. The only thing was the soap was not stocked at the bathrooms. Otherwise a good trip!

We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but the host greeted us warmly. Compared to other unoccupied sites, I noticed he had laid down straw to help keep away the dirt on the ground. We also loved the string light. Thank you for the attention to detail!

Its an excellent place. James is and extraordinary and his place is super! We went with the whole family and had a spectacular time. The scenery is inspiring and super comfortable whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. We had the opportunity to be with animals and give them apples. Definitely, this won’t be the last time.

What a beautiful camping experience! Ripple 4 had a very large and flat plot of land, very important for bigger tents and tarps. You can’t beat the proximity and sounds of the river right next to you!! Also, the add ons were amazing! We got WiFi, a hot shower, hay to lay on the ground. Portapotty was exceptionally clean. First off we felt very welcomed. We loved the livestock, the river, the amenities and all the special details they put into this place. The lights around the campsites, the clean bathrooms and showers, the firepits, the water, the shared common space. All the wildlife was incredible also. We saw a coyote, deer, bald eagles, chipmunks and a common Merganser. Such a great place! We will be back.
