Amazing quiet spot (except for some noisy sheep!), plenty of space per pitch & lovely sea views. excellent shower and toilet facilities a very short walk away. Picnic bench and fire pit and wood provided. The tent itself was amazing - looked brand new, on a raised deck which kept it dry and clean & chairs to sit and watch the sun rise with a cuppa, comfy warm beds, rugs, blankets, hot water bottles all provided. Cute little “kitchen” hut with a gas hob and kettle and pans and crockery and cool box - everything we needed for a short break was thought of and provided. Great communication with the hosts beforehand as well. Would highly recommend and love to return if we’re in the area again.

Fantastic but too windy!

The actual setup is gorgeous. We thought ourselves incredibly lucky to have snagged a couple of nights there. The tents are clean, I don't think you could improve it. I wouldn't recommend it though because of the location, it's so close to the sea, the coast path is lush with a spot to sit and see the sunset. However, because it's so close to the sea and because it's so very high up, it meant that all night every tent was battered by the wind. So what we had in the morning was 2 very tired children who had been upset most of the night unable to sleep because of the noise of the wind smacking the tent, the noise of the zips clanging together on the door. The toilets and showers were amazing, the food was gorgeous. But the wind... What can you do about that? I don't know, but we decided not to stay out second night because it wouldn't have been safe to drive 3 hours home after sleeping hardly a wink for 2 nights.

Glamping and surfing in one!

Loved everything about the glamping at Lundy! Kitchen better equipped than most glamping experiences I've had- cooking oil, oatly milk, cafatiere, bbq and spare phone charger! My sons also did a 2 hour surf lesson and had an amazing experience on the waves! Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Recommend

The camp site was beautiful with excellent facilities. The hosts were easy to contact and lovely. The tent was perfect! And we loved being able to add on a fire pit. Would definitely come back!

Sarah and Kevin were super lovely hosts and have put a lot of thought and care into their site. We had a really fab stay, and they looked after us very well. Make sure to grab a pancake for breakfast on Saturday morning - they are too good!

Great experience for reluctant campers The tent was surprisingly spacious and clean, everything we needed was available. Shower and toilet facilities were also kept very clean. Great location for access to local beaches. First time campers but we’d definitely do it again.

We had a great time in Livit Adventures’ land. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views. Sunset and sunrise is just amazing! 😍 Facilities are also great (toiles are clean, glamping tents are splendid and kitchen stuffs are provided). Will surely love to come back!

Perfect Glamping Experience

Beautiful, luxury glamping in a stunning area. The bell tent was perfect, the bed was so comfy and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The pizza night and cooked breakfast were a welcome surprise, there were other food trucks during the week too. We did the paddle boarding tour which was fun and a good workout if you haven't done it before. Hosts were lovely and welcoming and happy to help with anything

Happy Campers.

Camping was loads of fun, we all enjoyed our stay including the babies. our tents where close to each other so it made it more comfortable. The pizzas, sandwiches and pancakes were a plus, really nice tasty and perfect. Sarah and her husband are really nice made us feel really welcome super hosts and very informative all the way from booking to checking us out. It could be easier if they had a sink in the kitchenet for campers to wash their cutlery and pots and pans, lucky we had our own bucket. but maybe for future campers take a small bucket or add a small sink. apart from that we had a really pleasant stay the bathrooms and toilets clean and proper equipped. thanks Sarah for our lovely stay in your camp!!!

It's such a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our holiday in the tent. The beds were dreamy and the little stove in the tent made the stay cosy and warm. The kitchen is lovingly furnished and lacks nothing. It even has a tent where you can do yoga.

Beautifully kept campsite with great shower/toilet blocks . Far reaching views including the sea on a fine day . Friendly, kind hosts .Thoughtful finishing touches in kitchenette and tent and very comfy kingsize bed . Camp beds better for under 12s but didn’t detract from stay . Literally only needed to take clothes and beach towels .Being able to charge mobile phones was excellent as I am now reliant on mine for google maps . Location ideal for westward ho area ,fabulous 2 mile stretch of sand to escape any crowds and some fun traditional seaside attractions .my teens loved all the throwing skills games in the arcade . Lynton and lynmouth cliff railway was fab with giant scone cream tea at the top ! Milky Way also exceeded expectations ,so much still to explore next time . Also to just stay at camp would be nice ,plenty of space to pitch a badminton set /football and there’s a play park in another field if you have little ones .We didn’t have time to explore westacott farm but will do next time x Also Livit adventures offers activities like paddle boarding so again something to return for . Wonderful to come back after a days fun to a luxurious glamp and bbq on the fire pit . Definitely will try to stay again .

Having grown up as a kid who’s every holiday was camping we thought we would give glamping a go as I remember the fun We had as kids I’m 100% holiday snob these days who wants the easy life of a hotel and minimal packing and I am SO IMPRESSED with Baggy the full kitted out tent. I have slipped discs in my back and find staying away from home hit and miss with my back. This was so comfortable, better than some hotels I’ve stayed In. I fell asleep with the kids 3 and 6 and slept like a log. The bed for me was so comfortable. And lovely thick duvets and pillows. The set up had everything you could need. Charging for phones. Great 4g ( for those of us who can’t survive off grid) and needed in our case on a wet day to amuse kids. Solar lights inside abs out. the showers and toilets were spotless on our stay. Kitchenette perfectly appointed. Water provided along with tea coffee and milk to get you started. Lovely seating for dinner and chilling out in the evenings. The tents are nicely spaced so you are not on top of each other. Very quiet and Sarah very quick to sort out any hiccups or needs. You can also use the play park at the camp site for those with kids. For us this was perfect for an outdoor holiday (and pretend we are real campers 😂) with all the luxury we could want. We will definitely be back next year. For anyone not sure about camping I really don’t see how you could not love it. We were 4 and a baby and there was enough room in our tent for everything. Didn’t feel cramped at all. Tent was brilliant, blankets, wood and lighters for the wood burner, a solar battery pack that allowed lighting and to charge your mobiles! Kitchen was also well equipped and there was coffee, teabags, sugar, 2 small cartons of milk, olive oil, salt and pepper, tin foil and kitchen paper! As well as all useful utensils, pans and washing up equipment and water with use of a stove and kettle! Easy to wash up in the kitchen next to the shower block and there is a cool box, which you can go and get a freezer block and swop over every day! Friendly greeting and well maintained showers and toilets! Brilliant first experience!

We loved the location and the tent we had was nice and clean and well presented. However all of the photos online show the glamping tents and none show the basic bell tent that we booked and we missed the detail about booking a basic tent. All in all a good stay and breakfast was fantastic too

We spent 4 nights in ‘Baggy’, one of the glamping bell tents, as a family of 4 (with 4yrs & 6yrs old boys)……and we loved it! Was just what we needed after the past 18 months. Our boys haven’t stopped saying how it was ‘the best week ever’ since we got home. The tent was perfectly equipped with comfy beds and bedding, as well as soft furnishings of rugs, tables and lighting. We didn’t use the log burner, as didn’t need too, but also because of the wind! Was noisy sleeping (not sleeping!) through storm Evert, but we knew we were safe in our bell tent. The outside decked seating space was perfect. Only possible suggestion would be to offer a gazebo or covering for the picnic bench, so could eat under cover if wet…. The mini kitchen had everything you could need and more. And the little touches of tea/coffee and spare cool box were ideal. The toilet and shower facilities were plenty and very clean. Maybe consider some toilets just for the glamping field, near the bell tents? We missed the pizza oven night unfortunately, but the lovely hosts allowed us to use their under cover kitchen space in the evenings, out of the rain, so could socialise with friends. (Just of note, our friends tent (their own) had a catastrophic failure, but the guys at Livit were able to accommodate them in a bell tent, sorted them with beds and offered extra bedding-saved their holiday really!). The food vans that visited the camp site in the evenings offered extra eating options if we didn’t want to head out. The site is elevated with fantastic views over the sea and beautiful countryside, with so much to offer, regardless of the weather. We would certainly recommend Livit adventures for camping in a bell tent. We’re already looking at when we could come back! Thank you Sarah and Kevin 🙂

I booked a pre-pitched tent for 3 nights and it was fantastic - the tents are really spacious and exceeded my expectations. The whole site is immaculately maintained, facilities are spotlessly clean and the location is tranquil. It adjoins a working farm where there is a handy little farm shop with a lovely host, and it is within easy reach of the coast and local places of interest. Despite everything running like clockwork on the site, it still has a super relaxed feel to it and this is undoubtedly down to the culture the owners and staff have nurtured. Sarah, Kevin and Sophie were so welcoming from the second we arrived - nothing was too much trouble for them and they are always keen to offer ideas and advice on where to go and what to do to get the most out of your stay. They offer loads of different activities and we did a 2 hour SUP session on the River Torridge with Sarah which was incredible - we had never tried it before and it was an absolute highlight (my son declared it epic!). I honestly can't say enough good things about Livit - a perfect retreat run by very cool, kind people.

Our first glamping experience and we’re now hooked! Gorgeous tent, immaculately clean and comfy (and cosy once the wood burner is fired up!) All the kitchen bits and pieces you need, including oil, salt and pepper, tin foil and washing up/ cleaning stuff. Campsite in great location with lovely views. A bit windy and exposed so bring lots of warm jumpers. Walking distance to a very popular pub (book ahead for dinner) and short drive to gorgeous westward ho beach. Clean and spacious bathroom/ washing facilities with lots of hot water. All the Livit team are really friendly and helpful. Plus very good value rental equipment - we rented a body board but they’ve got a range of stuff at much better prices than at the beach. Hope to return one day - thanks very much!

Stunning views from the lovely clean site. Sarah, Sophie and everybody else couldn't have been nicer! The bell tents are so cosy but spacious.. The site is beautiful with a modern shower/toilet block with underfloor heating.. I went for a week and whilst I was there I booked my next stay.

The site is absolutely beautiful! Fantastic location! Amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. We stayed.in Baggy (bell tent) was absolutely beautiful so comfortable and cosy! Log fire was a.real.treat! Staff are so lovely and welcoming and kept in touch. Cannot fault a thing such a lovely experience can't wait to come back!
