Nice little tucked away spot in the middle of suburban Chandler near enough to the highway. Communicative host.
Jared’s land is a gem for both my kids who play club ball! We parked our 32 ft C Class motorhome easily under his covered tin awning with a lovely shaded tree. His lawn was spectacular for my heeler to run and play after the sun went down.
Jared was such a delight host! Would 100% recommend but please don’t book too much cuz we want to come back again real soon! 😂
We also found out quickly he does surfing lessons (yes in the desert! ) and took the kids surfing immediately to see him. They had a blast!!

We enjoyed staying at Jared’s place with 50 amp and water hookups and were able to park under a big tree for shade. Jared was very personable and an excellent host. We would stay again when traveling to Phoenix.

Jared's property is well located and very peaceful. Great people. Great setting. I've stayed here twice and would stay again if I'm in the area.
Loved being under the barn and having a beautiful tree and horses to look at! Very friendly and responsive!
We enjoyed our stay on Jared’s land. It was beautifully shaded and quiet and Jared is an excellent host. Everything we needed was within just a few minutes drive from the spot. We were very comfortable there.

Jared was a fantastic host. The spot was perfect and a great location for us. We are already planning another trip there next year for our annual Cubs spring training. Highly recommend this location!!!! He could not have been more accommodating.

This was our first experience using Hipcamp and it was a very positive experience. Jared definitely set the bar high for any future stays at other locations. He was very welcoming, super helpful with providing local suggestions, and reached out before, during and after our stay to make sure our stay went well. Its located in a convenient location and is a beautiful well kept property. We are looking forward to staying there again.
Jared is super nice, super easy to communicate with and very responsive and very accommodating! His property is clean, safe, convenient, as advertised, and exactly what I and my pups need. Booking ahead for the next times we’re in the area!
This was a great spot to hang out for a bit. Jared was very accommodating and even trimmed branches off a tree so they wouldn’t rub against my roof. He was okay with me leaving the rig there for a week over the holidays which gave me great peace of mind. There was a good bit of traffic noise which was expected given the urban location. The availability of water and a 50/30/20 electric hookup was a huge bonus! If you are in a fifth wheel you may need an extension cord to reach it depending on where your plug attaches to your rig. I would definitely stay there again.

Very quiet property closed to everything (services, shops, groceries). Jared is a very nice guy and gave us very helpful tourists information.
Awesome oasis in the city! Loved staying here and having a view of the neighbor's horses. Jared was a great host and super helpful—you won't go wrong here! I drove a 16' vintage travel trailer in, and there's plenty of room to turn around if you don't have great backing-up skills. Tons of amenities within minutes from the place.

Quiet and private place near the airport Phoenix. Enough space for an RV and even pets. Good access to power and water.
Jared‘s spot was a really cool combination of convenience to local amenities, and the privacy and quiet of a larger piece of property in a semi urbanized area. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
My wife and I stayed at suburban pasture for 3 nites and made it our base for exploring the Usery mtns and superstition mtns. Simple and perfect place in town to stay. Jared let us run our dog on his very large backyard lawn and it was a very secure and comfortable place to park our trailer. The price was right for a dry camp and Jared could not be more accommodating and his communication before and during was awesome.

We enjoyed the rural setting close to Phoenix so we could drive to the Heard museum. We were glad to have plenty of space for our motorhome and car..Jared was a very good host and let us create our own schedule. No pressure on us. Loved his vintage camp trailers.
I had a great experience at this Hipcamp! The location was perfect—private and peaceful, yet just a stone's throw away from city amenities. Jared was an incredible host, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this spot!

We really enjoyed staying at Jared’s place. It was quiet and peaceful with lots of space just to ourselves. Jared was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely go back to Jared’s land! Thank you, Jared.
Jared is an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at his home for three nights. The location was good for exploring the Phoenix area. The amenities were just OK though. We had a water hook-up but no electrical and it was fairly dusty since we were located on a dirt driveway. It would have been nice to have trash available too.
Under the stars ✨ and in the center of everything! Nice spot to post up while working in our regional office. Walking distance (nice paved sidewalk) to the new R department.
Very friendly and hospitable. We booked last minute for a same day check-in later in the night.

This Hipcamp is a perfect home-base when traveling to the area to visit family/friends or to head out to the wilderness to play. It is suitable and easily navigable for a travel traveler, and a large enough space for a family with children and/or dogs. There is water available and the host mentioned they will be bringing electricity to the site soon. We didn't need that because we had enough battery/propane to meet our needs, but the addition of electricity will make this site even better. The site is also located near any conveniences you might need if you aren't fully prepared or stocked - stores, restaurants, etc..
Exactly as described. You park backed up to the hosts small barn/ garage. Host is welcoming and eager to help and make your stay comfortable. We only stayed for a quick night layover. There are great restaurants and bars nearby, good safe area and super secure parking spot.
